Ignite Mage OTK

Attention: Meme deck ahead :)

Game plan and win conditions:

The primary win condition of this deck is a four-card combo consisting of Ignite, two Sorcerer's Apprentice and Sanctum Chandler. We first aim to draw a lot of cards quickly using our extensive draw package with cards like Research Project, Arcane Intellect and Refreshing Spring Water. Once we thinned out our deck so far that Ignite is the only spell left, we play our combo pieces and win. Our double Sorcerer's Apprentice will reduce Ignite to zero mana and Sanctum Chandler will fetch it anew. As a secondary win condition this deck features an Imprisoned Phoenix package with Ice Lance and Frostbolt, which can bring down your opponent down from full health to zero by itself. The remaining cards in the deck have the purpose to stall the game (e.g. Frost Nova and Fire Sale).

Replacements:

Obviously the combo pieces cannot be replaced, also parts of the draw package will be difficult to replace in a meaningful way. I think the biggest issue here is Stargazer Luna, which can function as a pretty signifcant draw engine but is ultimately not a must. If you don't have her just slot in another card draw option (e.g. second copy of Arcane Intellect).

Finetuning:

Based on the meta this deck will need some finetuning, especially with regards to the balancing of the different packages. In a slower meta one might get away with deleting stall cards like Fire Sale in favor of even more card draw to get your combo out earlier, for example with second copies of Arcane Intellect and Cram Session. In a faster meta one or two more anti-aggro / stall cards might be the way to go, for example a second copy of Fire Sale or a card like Flame Ward. Lots of options to get creative.
