What happened to hunter if his 3rd best card only has 56?
Secret Passage is basically the new take at Miracle Rogue, now that powercreep has ruled Gadgetzan Auctioneer out of meta.
The card's actually more exciting than several legendaries in the expansion.
Divine Rager not winning the Magma Rager Award is straight up a theft, don't @ me.
I'm surprised to see Desk Imp rated so low. It has synergy with Imprisoned Scrap Imp, Felosophy and Disciplinarian Gandling and in the past 0-mana 1/1s have seen play if they fit into a deck.
It also makes a 5 mana 9/9 that can attack as normal the turn after it’s played when combined with Blessing of Authority. But so does Wisp.
Agreed, that's a twitch chat rating.. it's not powerful on its own, but in some sort of (disciplinarian gandling) zoo deck i can definitely see it making the cut. Would have expected a 40-50 rating.
Still waiting for them to come out and say "lol we messed up, Blood HErald is supposed to be a Beast"....and then Quest Hunter becomes a tier 1 deck because of some 20 damage finisher with Tundra Rhino
I have faith in blood herald, a token heavy demon hunter might work there is a lot of support for it, I am definetly gonna try it, demon hunter got a lot of draw so maybe..
I am really hopping that archetype works cause I like token decks (except druid, which is bs)
Blood Herald seems to be the typical "low-tier" card that in at least one game your opponent plays it and is stuck in board until he kills you with it.
I love this summary! Nice work, and thank you!
If Enchanted Cauldron ends up seeing play in a competitive deck, I'll eat my shoe. Happily.
Also, wait a tick, Double Jump isn't among Demon Hunter's best-rated cards? Outcast: Disbelief!
You have much courage, my friend.
Another one eats the crocs.
Dang, nobody likes Blood Herald at all.
Which means that everyone will be blindsided by my Tiny Demon Token Demon Hunter deck when I play a 20/20 Blood Herald!!! Legend here I-
"Greetings friend." *Earth Shock zap noise*
...I yield, for now.
I can't wait to see how right/wrong the community is about the predictions.
Divine Rager seems underrated. Cursed Disciple was a really good card.
While I agree it is underrated, Cursed Disciple was only used in constructed in Jungle Giants druid, which itself used it for the super niche reason that it was two 5 attack minions in 1 cheap card (cheap in the context of 5+ attack minions). So it is unlikely Divine Rager is actually used in constructed and it will join the huge pool of decent cards that unfairly get called 'unplayable'.
Arena players will respect it though, which I often find is the better measure of whether a card is bad or not.
This is the perfect quick rundown for me as Real Life™ has been getting in the way of me knowing much about Scholomance Academy.
A great idea generator and a little insight into the possible good and bad cards of an interesting looking set.
Soul Fragment decks fascinate me and it looks ill be going that route on Day One.
I'll also be trying out some sort of Cauldron Deck in Wild because I'm drawn to Random.
Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
