Doomsayer but without outplay opieopie
Control DH incoming? This has some Doomsayer vibes. The diffences are that the damage can't be denied, but this isn't a full board clear.
This is interesting, it's more or less Hellfire with warning.
Disclaimer: if the above is factually incorrect or complete rubbish it is definitely both intentional and comedy genius.
Interesting mechanic
I'm not a fan of delayed effects. But playing this on turn three or four denies most two and some three drops so maybe it is viable.
That'S pretty damn strong for any anti-aggro demon Hunter (and of course Lifesteal OTK remains untouched, because fun is illegal).
The upside is that you can completely shut down an opponent's curve.
THe downside is that if they find a way to buff their board out of reach then you need a backup plan
Either way I think this is consistent enough to just be playable in a slow DH deck to set up those spicy swing turn (Big Demon especially)

It was awful.
Nice! I like the idea and this is definitely playable. It slows down your opponent for a turn (it can't be killed like Doomsayer or the DoD barrel) and could let you just go face for a turn.
Maybe control Demon Hunter will be a thing in an expansion or two
It's like a dormant spell and 2 mana deal 3 to all minions is great value. So if there's any control DH deck this will be solid for it.

As for HS, if DH gets more control support, or big demons etc, this will see play

This is just worse Doomsayer, worse Immolation Aura. Won't see any play after the first week or so.

strong vs aggro also you have a new card for your Magtheridon .Also love that is a secret but your opponent can play around it so it's not that op ,let's say the mini doomsayer that could .
It was just a matter of time before we see such a mechanic. I’m curious to see if HS is slow enough for this type of effect. If so, this allows some interesting gameplay from both sides of the board! Seems like a solid card. DH is just missing the fitting archetype

This card may not be that good, but it's awesome to see them implement the DH's sigil mechanic from WoW. Hopefully, it will give more flavor to DH, as well as introducing new secrets kinda.
I don't like cards that prevent opponent plays. We'll just lose one turn because we dont want our board to be cleared or damage, it's frustrating. Sadly the card is strong and will probably be played.

Cool anti-aggro card for slow dh hunter. This card remember Doomsayer and for this reason we can't believe to see it in all DH deck. If meta will be agro-oriented and DH run a control/heavier deck, this card will find the right spot to shine

I don't like control Demon Hunter, but I guess I will have to get used to it, since it seems they are pushing with this card.
My favorite card so far
Hmm, sometimes better Doomsayer because it can't get killed, and sometimes worse because it only does 3 damage. However some of DHs control tools like Immolation Aura is in the initiate set, and will rotate. So Sigil of Flame seems like a decent replacement, also this costs only 2 mana, which makes it very good to keep in your mulligan. Yeh i think that control/OTK DH will run it. I'm very interested in what other Sigils we'll get, seems like a cool mechanic.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
So corrupting mist, except it’s only 3 damage? Seems decent for demon hunter, but remember that corrupting mist did not see much play
Good tool for a control demon Hunter to keep aggro at bay while you get some resources to fight
I'll have to wait and see on this and sigils in general. They seem clunky. This is not how I want to Demon Hunt.

I don't know why you wouldn't play this, especially in a more aggressive DH deck.
Granted, you're forgoing playing a minion / weapon in the early game, but your opponent likely won't be able to do too much to ruin your tempo anyway. In the late-game this is meh, but I can still see it being played and searched for in the mulligan.
Started playing HS in May, 2015. The bad news: I missed the excitement of 'Naxx out?' and GvG. The good news: I never met an Undertaker.
Its difficult to say where this card will fit in. On the one hand, it does allow you to more or less remove board and reload with full mana crystals, but an AoE is a reactive card that more often than not is required on demand to save your face from damage, and this card doesn't really do that.
Unless there's like something to buff up sigils, I can't see where this one will fit in. Even in control dhunter, letting your opponent deal damage to your face is kinda what you're trying to avoid and again, this card doesn't really do that. Maybe the healing is enough that you can simply just tank the damage so this card actually works, but Im doubtful.
Back up plan might be Immolation Aura, a card that already sees play on exactly Lifesteal OTK DHunter. And any reason Lifesteal OTK DHunter has to delay aggro is very good for that deck, inluding delayed effects.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)

I wanted to write that, but I forgot what the card was called so I just pretended it didn't exist and hoped nobody would notice.
But yeah, Aura will probably also be part of the slow decks if only for this very reason (also because Stealth Rogue is probably sticking around and fuck those guys)

Really cool mechanic. This is basically Doomsayer in the early game, but it's not quite as good late game. Seems overall strong
All of this. I don't like that it is dh that gets the new mechanic, but I like the use of adding new and unique mechanics to each class

It's basically a Doomsayer that can't be disrupted. I imagine this will be a strong tool for any control based demon hunter moving forward.

at first I thought this is a worse Corrupting Mist, then I realized this is like Doomsayer. so the enemy prolly skip their turn to play around this. pretty good card.

Could see soul DH or lifesteal DH playing this in early game to contest the board. Since blade dance is rotating out, this could help chip away the enemy minions.

A pretty strong tool for a slower Demon Hunter, helps stem a lot of aggressive board development. Not super looking forward to OTK DH having a good way to answer early boards...
I love that they found an interesting way to do sigils for DH's. I like the design, as it is still fair as the opponent can see it coming. I hope the other sigils are neat. Will likely see play from several archetypes.
I like the mechanic, but won't work for Aggro DH who like having lots of small minions on board, and is a bit limited late-game at 3 damage. More interested in seeing other sigil cards now.
Seems way too slow and very easy to play around. Could slow down aggro decks but thats about it.
control DH coming with deathrattle minions as support? who knows what blizz is thinking about DH right now
I like the mechanic of the new "secret" but it has a drawback. It´s easy to play around imo, not sure which deck to put it into.

Glad to see they are trying to slow DH down a bit. There may be no direct counterplay, but you can certainly play around it. Would have been better as a Secret, and I suspect the same will be true of the other Sigils they reveal.

It could be good. Not sure it makes much sense in DH but I'd rather they push these sorta things rather than support the way they have been played since release.
I like Sigils thematically, but I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It definitely feels like Doomsayer, but it can't be removed or countered (unless a way to do so is yet to be revealed). However, it only deals 3 damage. I think it gives your opponent too much of a chance to counterplay (a good thing) to be absolutely devastating. I expect all Sigils to have niche uses like Sigil of Flame but I'm excited to see what they may be.

You know it's coming, so it will be easy to play around. Unless you already have a board when it gets played. It will almost certainly slow any opponent down, except those that can get their minions at 4 health and above.

I think it is a good cheap aoe spell for demon hunter, even if it is a little delayed, one that will probably see play in both the aggro and control playstyles.

This is a pretty neat mechanic for Demon Hunter, which I do like since they were starting to feel like a one-trick pony. The damage is quite strong, although I feel like its downfall will be that it's quite bad when your opponent has a board which is generally when you want to use board clears. Otherwise the best use for it is to pre-emptively stop your opponent from playing minions.
Love the idea of Sigils. "Secrets" but both players know them. So simple yet really evokes the sigils from WoW. Excited to see more of them.
As for Flame itself. Seems strong. A cheap 3 damage is nice. Can deter further plays and clean up a board. Real nice control tool, I'm certain it will see some play and probably push the Control Demonhunter architype.

The idea is nice to me, but it's easily countered by divine shields/buffs to the minions otherwise all I see it as is a delay to discourage flood decks from playing their minions for one extra turn. I might play around with it in a control DH but ehh.

I really like the concept of sigils. Kind of like dormant spells. This might make Demon Hunter a class worth looking into. I didn't like the previous mechanics but feel like this one could add some game play that I enjoy.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.

Reminds me of Dormant minions, you know it's coming but can't do anything to stop it. Only counter play is to work around the effect.

Demon hunter sigils look like an interesting flavour perspective. I hope there's more synergy though.

I think this will see play if there is a control DH deck. You would want to play it on turn 2 so that you can stop your opponent from developing for a turn and then play into an empty board on turn 3, much like Doomsayer.

I think it's bad, but might easily be wrong about this one. Can be used to stall early game, but Doomsayer is just better being more useful later.

Closes comparison is probably Depth Charge. Strong effect. Maybe OTK Demon Hunter wants to run this. I don't really see a fit otherwise.

It's like Doomsayer, except there's no way for you opponent to kill it, or like Flame Ward except you don't punish an aggressive opponent for hitting your face. This could be decent for Control Demon Hunter if the meta is very aggressive and you have ways to heal back the damage to take.

Kind of like an invincible Doomsayer. Does a little less, but still quite strong.

Pretty good in the early game to slow things down, but it's well telegraphed so you're never catching someone off-guard with it.

These sigils seem fun, but they're a little too easy to play around. Granted it might delay your opponent's play a turn, but other than that it seems like a secret that you can see coming and just choose to avoid.
This is basically a guaranteed Doomsayer, but restricted to a 3 damage AoE. That being said, the AoE being guaranteed is pretty powerful as it prevents the opponent from playing much minions for fear that they get removed for "free" or that they become easier to remove. This and the fact that Sigil of Flame is cheap is something that OTK DH wants to run, and I imagine they make room for at least one copy.
