Nice effect! Or it would be, for an epic or rare. Not interesting enough to be a legendary. But playable. I also like the flavor.
First impression: not very strong. Especially for a Legendary. I would expect this effect on a Rare. Or does the Forsaken Token sth. special?
It seems like Team 5 doesn't like Lilian Voss very much. :(
Exactly my thought. Very underwhelming for a legendary. But because it has stealth I gave it 2

Pretty strong card. Decent on curve play, protected by Stealth and then it deals extra damage when it dies, or the token can go face and leave a 4/2 body to be dealt with. Will probably find its way into almost every Rogue deck i think.

¿Any DR activator in standar for Rogue?
That legendary looks weak (at this rarity), but maybe blizz will reveal more stealth/DR sinergy that makes that card an autoinclude.
By The Holy Light!
Not that interesting to look at really, but I guess it’s decent enough. Not too amazing altogether though
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
This is a little slow at 4 mana, and rogues do not have a very powerful midrange suite, so this likely does very little.
The card will fairly consistently be a 2-for-1 against aggro, but I'm not sure that this effect is enough to change the weakness of slower rogue decks to aggression.
This post is discussing the wild format.
I think this card is only Legendary because it's a "new" effect that they'll print once in this set. Granted, it exists in Battlegrounds as Scallywag and I was waiting to see if they'd implement in standard HS. Glad to see they have, and I think Lilian will see a fair bit of play if Rogue decks do well.
Started playing HS in May, 2015. The bad news: I missed the excitement of 'Naxx out?' and GvG. The good news: I never met an Undertaker.
I mean, the card is powerful and there's nothing wrong with it, it's just kinda weird it's a legendary card.
Deal 8 damage for 4 mana. Solid card. But its a little like Akama, its just not possible to abuse it without deathrattle synergies.
Maybe there's more to it in later reveals, fingers crossed.
Stealth + deathrattle is always good rogue flavor! Pretty boring art though. Good but not very impressive, won’t craf but will use if opened.
So on one hand Imprisoned Felmaw was massively underestimated because of the randomness. This falls into a similar category. It has great stats and it will always have an impact even if your opponent gets rid of it.
Really the only issue with it is where to put it. I'm assuming it needs to go in an aggro version seeing how that's the only deck where it won't matter as much if the deathrattle goes face or hits a minion.
Either way it's not going to be enough to really push pure Stealth Rogue.
Maybe, it will be just good enough as an annoyance to see play in whatever build Galakrond ends up using. Sherazin, Corpse Flower basically got treated the same way until it got replaced by better cards.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Wasteland Assassin that costs one less sounds playable enough. Though I don't really see why it's a legendary, I don't think that having 2 copies of this in a deck will break it or anything.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.
both stealth and deathrattle synergy, we didn't see many rogue cards yet.. maybe there's mroe dr or stealth on this set.
seems quite strong in an aggro stealth deck, the deathrattle is 4 random damage that might leave a 4/2 or 4/1 it's quite strong..
It's stronger than the average card.. that's why it's probably a legendary.
I like it! I bet there's to come a card that reads "resummon a random minion that died this turn" or something similar to go hand in hand with this card :D
Good, but boring. Maybe means more stealth support this expansion?
This deck is cool. Play it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I think this is probably pretty good based on the cards it resembles. Stealth is always undervalued. Felmaw, which is similar, was underrated. Another rogue legendary which looked shitty actually was pretty good b/c it had the word "stealth" on it.
Not so exciting ... why is this Legendary?
I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
I think the Stealth makes this card stronger. First impression is not that good but i guess it is going to be decent.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
The more I review this card the more I change my mind on it.
At first glance it's a faster Cairne Bloodhoof that, unlike the classic legendary, will just die to all but the weakest AOE spell available.
However, also unlike Cairne, if it's removed by AOE your opponent will probably be behind on the board, which means the token may hit face, making your opponent consider if they want to take 8 damage between two turns or not.
Also making this card more interesting is the stealth synergy cards Rogue received in AoO, cards like Ashtongue slayer will gaurantee Lillian kills a target and Greyheart sage can at least be used to draw some cards.
Also I'm glad that Team 5 is shifting Rogue away from just burgle mechanics and looking towards more stealth options.
Same thought, seems good as an aggro card, but it's not flashy at all.
It seems quite strong in wild with all the DR activators over there I think it would be fun to spam out infinite Lian Vosses with the necruim or whatever. As for standard, it's really just a 4/2 summon another 4/2 that might take someone with it or go face and win the game, but it does have redemption in the stealth aspect so there's that.
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
Because the card was designed to tell Lilian Voss's story, so it couldn't be anything other than a legendary. Besides, the fast attack of the deathrattle, especially on your opponent's turn, is unique enough that I expect she'll be more interesting to play with and around than she looks.
The effect may not be too exciting for a legendary, but I do think this card is pretty strong. It is Stealth synergy, and Deathrattle synergy if you care about that. It is threatening for your opponent and discourages them to play minions. It also is a big help in controlling the board since it can hit two things for 4 damage at once. I kind of like this style of Legendary that isn't really a build-around card, but is just a really cool, above average stand-alone card.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
With it being legendary, it does restrict it's versatility a bit. However, in the current meta with the stealth support that has been showing up in recent sets, this card WILL be seen a lot in the current meta. A 4/2 swing, die, then something swings again? Sounds pretty solid to me, not to mention if you had a way to trigger the deathrattle prematurely so you can do it over and over.
I believe the value of this card will depend on how much stealth synergy it gets as support. Until then, I can't honestly say how good I think it will be.
Official Lorekeeper and Spinner of Tavern Tales
Pretty meh but will see its time in the sun sooner or later. It rounds out to be two slow shadow bolts for 4 mana which isn’t so awful really. Would have liked it if the summon had stealth too in case it hits face.
The Only Constructed Deck Worth Playing:

I think this is a pretty decent card and is not dissimilar to Restless Mummy, but with more rogue flair to it. Feels weird seeing an effect this tame on a legendary though after Rattlegore was revealed.
It only looks weak because it looks boring for a Legendary, which I fully admit it is.
If I look at it as a 4 mana 4/2 Stealth with "Deathrattle: Deal 4 damage to a random enemy", it doesn't seem so bad. The 4/2 might even survive if it targets face.
It isn't the strongest card in the good, but it's just "good", and sometimes that's enough. So, maybe it might see play. If anything else, I'm excited to see some Stealth Rogue support.
"Random enemy," so you could theoretically set this up to go face for 8 damage, like a mini Rag.
I don't think it's good enough to be seen in most serious lists, but I haven't played HS in like 6 months.
worst community ever
Cheaper Wasteland Assassin, and it's a deathrattle card so it can give deathrattle rogue a lot more burst in WILD. But standard doesn't have that much GOOD deathrattle synergy for rogue, unless they are going to give us some more this expansion. Also it has stealth, so it will certainly get runned in stealth rogue. And after Galakrond Rogue took a big hit, stealth rogue might actually stand a bit more of a chance. If this dies while trading into your opponents taunt minion, and they have no other minions on board, it will be free 4 dmg to face. Also this card only has 2 health, this can be both beneficial, and detrimental. If this is one of your only minions, and your opponent wants to use a board clear, then they might consider not playing the clear because they don't want the deathrattle to activate. (and they rather want to wait till you attack face with it, so that they can silence it/transform it)
Not quite sure why it's a legendary, but eh, rogue already has a good set so far. So it doesn't hurt that bad i guess. (I personally feel like this should have been an epic at most.)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
It's a stronger Wasteland Assassin and deathrantle can be abused (for sure in wild, not so much in standard). The effect is not super flashy, but can be a strong in aggressive deck.
Right now I can't figure a deck for this card. The stealth synergy is nice, but i don't think that this card push too much that deck and Galakron will not disappear
There will be frightfully consistent OTK's with this card in wild. I don't see it doing much in standard.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
Seems like a cool effect, but it doesn't seem legendary's cool
But then again, deathrattle rogue could very well be re-actualized ; this may be a key?
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
how would this end up in an OTK in any capacity?
Like, what, some Rivendare, Necrium Vial, Umbra shenanigans? At that point just play Malygos
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Cool effect flavor wise, yes I get it Blizz. But... come on...
Strong in Stealth Rogue and potential to help an agressive rogue deck, which doesn't yet really exist.
Well, this card is like a Multi-Shot, but you can control one of the shots and it can go face. It can, overall, force brutal tempo swings, which is what Rogue wants, so it can be good even by itself.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
It's because they didn't like rogue having pre-nerfed Galakrond this past meta so they had to give us a filler legendary this time around
Yay?
So stealth support, interesting enough, but i feel it kinda normal in term of power. Maybe wrong, though
Meh? Decent Tempo, I guess. Reminds me of Mindflayer Kaahrj.
The only Reason you'd put it into your Deck is that Highlander needs 30 Cards.

Certainly one of the more underwhelming legendaries of the set.
Thanks to denial, I'm immortal.
Fun card, for sure
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
DR rogue in wild is going to have some interesting results
Good, but the interaction with your opponent having a weapon hurts it alittle.
A good card, hadn't considered the interaction with an opponent equipped with a weapon. Won't that also cost them durability, though?
I said this before when the card was initially released, this effect doesn't deserve to be on a legendary and this is probably the worst legendary of the lot.
2 months later: Infiltrator Lilian is a must craft in a tier 1 deck xD
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Nice effect. Too bad it's a legendary. :/
I don't feel like this should be a legendary but a rare, the stats are really bad for the cost and the effect being random makes it kinda bad since it has almost no health
All hail the banshee queen.
I really like the idea, but not sure if it is strong enough to run in anything other than aggro stealth Rogue.
I like the stealth support for Rogue, and I hope this helps make the archetype competitive.
Great flavour on the card. If you can get it to trigger on an empty board or high value minion it is definitely worth it.
Great lore, meh card. 4 stealth can trade at almost anything around its cost, but dies to pretty much everything bellow it. Around turn 4-6, it's hard to have two optimal targets, so "half" will be wasted most of the times.
Little dissapointing
-=alfi=-
The deathrattle reminds me of Imprisoned Felmaw, which is now a staple in aggressive Hunter strategies in standard. That's really where I see Infiltrator Lilian: in an aggressive Rogue with stealth synergies. Lilian is pretty tricky for the opponent to deal with, being a stealth minion that will usually stick around for stealth synergy cards and to push face. The immediate deathrattle pushes for more damage by either going face or helping you keep board control. Overall, I see Lilian along with Secret Passage and maybe Jandice Barov forming a competitively viable Stealth Tempo Rogue.
For glory, honor, and gold!
I wouldn't be surprised if this sees some play. Maybe not meta defining, but possibly good enough for a fun Stealth build.
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
I like that this keeps the flavor of the WoW character, and it isn't a bad card by any means, the token can even hit the face.
It seems to me as Cairne Bloodhoof but the token autoattacks
Uh, weird aggro, control mix. Hope you hit a high yield minion.
This is an aggro/stealth support card. The deathrattle synergy is just a bonus. It looks meh and boring but Rogue got some pretty busted support for their aggressive archetypes (mainly Secret Passage) so i doubt this card won't be at least tier 2. I'm not happy that i got her in my packs but it's a good card. I'm just not a fan of aggro decks.
"True mastery takes dedication."
Not the best of cards, but it's playable. The flavour is amazing as well, as it perfectly captures the essence of the character.
Decent enough. Never going to be an allstar or anything but I can see this making its way into decks. I love it all the more having learned the flavour behind it, it's a perfect representation of the effect.
