Effect is not so good because you get empty crystals but your opponent gets full crystals, but hey after turn 9 Nozdormu is just 4 mana 8/8 which is okeish...
they all are not empty btw. I played Mojomaster Zihi so much times. When you play at 10 mana you have 4 more mana to play. So Nozdormu the Timeless will probably give you 6 mana to play when you played it.
So this is Assassinate + Add a random priest minion to your hand. It is not just an upside, it is overpowered i think. Even more with Fate Weaver.
Except you need to invoke twice to get one additional priest minion. So it isn't as strong as you make it out to be here.
I don't think you need to invoke twice before you are able to activate galakrond's hero power. All invoke cards activates the hero power regardless galakrond is upgraded or not. At least i saw them in this video;

Game over on turn 7? Leeroy, eviscerate, eviscerate, cold blood... you can imagine the possible combos.
People miss an important thing about Galakrond: if you want to get as much value as possible from him, just can't just jam it on turn 7 most of the times.
Before that, you have to play 2 cards (or 3, I don't remember) with the Invoke mechanic, which are kinda awkward (see the 4 mana 2/2 with Rush, not really a Rogue card).
I'm not saying that Galakrond won't see play (I in fact think the opposite, even more that they're completely free for everyone), but if they decided to release such card it means that they have their own reasons.
Rogue has Spirit of the Shark that means it can be invoked twice in a turn + Seal Fate and Praise Galakrond! are cheap enough and all invoke cards are giving more Lackeys to rogue thanks to Galakrond, the Nightmare's hero power. Lackeys are so powerful in rogue as you can imagine.
+ you can take more advantage with extra coins of Umbral Skulker.

You can play that shitty invoke cards with lackeys + coins without hesitation like turn 5 Shield of Galakrond or Devoted Maniac + a lackey and turn 6 Shield of Galakrond + a lackey or Devoted Maniac + 2 lackeys. they also will add 2 more lackeys to your hand with a rush minion on board and some protection with a taunt minion and you will have something to play in hand and your Galakrond, the Nightmare ready to act at turn 7 with upgraded twice. It seemed a good play to me but well it is the best case scenario.

It just works how the text describes. If you are not holding a dragon it just gives +1/+2 to a minion. If there is a dragon in your hand it also gives divine shield.
Oh hey it's Inspire. I really wish they'd keep using the keywords they've created (e.g. "Inspire" vs. "After you use your hero power...; "Echo" vs. "Repeatable this turn."; "Recruit" vs. "Summon from your deck."; etc.). Otherwise, why bother making the keyword in the first place?
Didn't they explain it to make the game more accessible to general casual players? So they don't have to remember many keywords and gave up in the process
Well Inspire and Echo (especially this one) are kinda obvious and easy to understand in my opinion. Recruit may be confused with "summon from hand" instead of "summon from deck", but the other two should be reused (see SN1P-SN4P for example)
Yeah, they can't decide to use echo for Sn1p-Sn4p anyways because there was no room to explain echo for that card. They can "always" break their own rules. That was easier to use keywords for every expansions tho. It is just stupid.

I don't think this card is about testing.. you 100% drop it into your highlander hunter anyway and there are some other cards that care about hero powering so maybe that's a thing?

- The only thing I'm sure about is Dragons and a new lackey that is probably Drakonid or Draconic Lackey and might have a " if you are holding a dragon" synergy.
- I don't think those two cards represent the keyword. It represent probably the sides, The Light bleeds are Golden and Purple and the lights are changing sides occasionally. She is constantly changing cards to predict to future correctly but all cards are same and changing lights so she can't decide what will really happen.
- My personal thought is that Dragon Aspects are coming, because LoE just saved the Uldum and didn't tried to get Dalaran back. Here, I wonder what happened to Kalecgos, Khadgar, Rhyssa, Nozari, Vereesa and Stelladris. They just fled or captured by E.V.I.L. ? I really think that; Alexstrasza for Hunter Ysera for Druid Malygos for Mage Nozdormu for Paladin will come to fight with Deathwing.
Because Rafaam is just a Ethereal Thief who wants to exchange Dalaran with something precious. He made Togwaggle the King. So Togwaggle is just a servant of Rafaam, didn't have any plans. Dr. Boom only wanted wisdom of the Dalaran for his experiments in Booms Lab. Hagatha has just sided with them like Dr. Boom because of wisdom and she sided with E.V.I.L because the enemy of my enemy is my ally but Lazul is different. She is a servant of Old Gods so the key character here is her. The Lore might shape like this;
She learned that Rafaam will steal the Dalaran and will want to exchange it with something precious with her visions so she had found Rafaam and offered him that The most Precious thing in exchange should only be given by old gods so they are bringing Dalaran to Deathwing because all of the Old gods are imprisoned. The ultimate plan will be Lazul's in my opinion, not Rafaam's. Rafaam is just want to sell Dalaran. He is an ethereal and he only wants trade.
So in light of all these, Dragon Aspects will not want Old Gods have Dalaran and fight with them to save it unlike LoE. LoE just wanted to save Uldum, not Dalaran.
- There is also a great opportunity to bind lores together like how Malygos got mad and fight with all Azeroth for defending that " Mortals should not use magic.". The changing lights of Lazul's cards make me think about how Malygos changed sides and also the lights are golden and purple. It might be also about Nozdormu and Murozond.

So as you can see, There are great opportunities and so much possibilities. I hope Team 5 used those opportunities and make a wonderful lore-related expansion.
For the cards and our experience, I really only can say about Dragons and Draconic Lackey. I don't think there will be a "choose one"-like mechanic. And I'm %50 sure of new Nozdormu, Ysera, Malygos and Alexstrasza. They greatly fit the theme of Paladin, Druid, Mage and Hunter.
So let's see how Alexstrazsa for hunter, Malygos for Mage and Nozdormu for Paladin. Yay, I will love this expansion probably, That was what I was waiting for.
You are right but Lackeys are so powerful how they are for now in my opinion and it can be some kind of balance for them. Also its just a thought but I'm almost sure about new lackey is being a draconic Lackey. Just can't be sure of its text and effect. :)
