In my opinion, Quantity only works for evaluating decks' playrates and winrates. Hsreplay.net was already doing that before OOC/Hearthpwn split. I don't think that forums are used by consumers for searching good and impactful decks. Deck database of forums are for people who searchs interesting or fun decks. The quantity difference between hearthpwn and OOC only effects those in my opinion.
And also, Forums are meant to be places for discussions. I don't like how community turned the Hearthpwn's forums into netdecking garbage which has not been happen here yet and I afraid it will change as soon as we will have more users here.
I mean, ok, I also want to see more support for this site from Hearthstone players but I also afraid that the Quantity will corrupt the core of the site. They will bring their funny and interesting ideas but they will bring also their salt, ridiculous elitist thoughts and stuff like those.
I always prefer less people with more quality than more people will less quality. There is a proverb, you know; Too many cooks spoil the stew.
ok I agree that 7-cost Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is more problematic than 9-cost one with posibility of 14 armor gain in turn 9 but c'mon, It doesn't even change the card's overpoweredness. Mech generating with rushing mechs are problem, Possibility of 4+ Omega Devastators are problem, Making all mechs removal by giving them rush is the problem not the mana cost. You don't even play this card at turn 7.
It might lower the card's winrate a bit against some aggro decks but doesn't solve the problem against control vs control match-ups. It will stay problematic against all of the Control decks and it is superior against them. A card that makes a control deck superior against other control decks is ridiculous. Like how Jade Idol was problematic card in its time.
I need to admit that it is fun to play the card and generating mechs but the real problem is giving rush to all mechs. I think only one thing can solve this problem which is giving the text that "The first mech you played have rush." with that mana cost change might solve the problem. Ok maybe it also won't solve entirely but might help more for sure.
So one of the other problem is Extra Arms + Faceless Rager on curve. If you have them at openning hand, you have simply a 3/5 or 2/5 and a 5/5 on the board which is kind of a problem. It causes them to not produce any other 3 health 1-cost minion which means that combination limits the design space.
That's not true that you don't make progress as a starter like @ThaMilkMan said and its 2nd post of the thread which leads people wrong way.
I was a noob at MTG and still I'm a noob. I could only play MTG: Duel of Planeswalkers 20.. games before. I have never played it physically.
I've start MTG:Arena at Closed beta and quit it after i played it 2 or 3 weeks. I have returned it 3-4 days ago and didn't like what I've done with my account so I have opened a new one.
I have completed trainings and completed Account mastery through BOT games which gave me total of 15 decks. Examples of all single colored and double colored decks and I've never opened my packs and never crafted cards with wild cards.
Those 15 starter decks are all you need at start. They teach you game, teach you how to create your decks, help you to win. Yes, You can win with those decks in play mode. I can't say it for ranked mode or traditional mode because those modes are not for noobs.
If you are a noob like me and know that you are a noob, you should know that Traditional mode and ranked mode is not for you. That's simple. You can't compare it with Hearthstone because All of blizzard's games are same - Easy to learn.
All you need to do is as a starters, Learn all the cards with playing your "Starter decks". Don't ever spend neither your gold nor Wildcards. Starter decks are really enough at start.
Btw, I'm continuing to play with my older account too and I have some vampire cards at there. Black/White Vampire decks can be good start for starters if you are interested.
TL,DR; Don't lead people with your false notions. Starter decks are enough to win at start. Just open a new account and complete Account Mastery, You will have 15 starter decks.
Played all Warcraft games, I, II and III. Always loved its lore. Played also Dota1 since it first released as a map of warcraft III.
Warcraft was why I started to Hearthstone. Maiev, Illidan and Voljin was my favorite characters from universe in Warcraft III times and I was a fan of MTG, Warcraft TCG and other card games like Pokemon TCG. I couldn't afford to play MTG and Warcraft TCG because I am living in a little town and there was noone or no shops who sells the cards. I heard that there is an upcoming free-to-play online Warcraft Card game coming and I could join it in beta.
I couldn't afford to play WoW at first release because of money issues and I was just 13 years old. I have been playing other MMO's and alwas had wondered WoW because of I was a Warcraft fan. Me, My brother and my friends have been playing so much fan-made maps on LAN and online. We've always been playing Warcraft III multiplayer on LAN. We were real fans of Warcraft Universe. :P
Then I had tried it from a friend's account. It was TBC times when I have first tried it and loved it. Then I got it from a giveaway in Cataclysm with all expansions. Started and played it for 3 months. Then I left it. It bored me because of its mechanics but even though I don't play the game, I always tried to follow its lore from web.
I mean, auto-attack MMORPGs were/are not for me anymore. I had been playing TERA, Elder Scrolls Online and some other games which has same mechanics with Tera and ESO. Choosing your enemy with Tab and your characters auto attacks it is no more for me. It is a really old mechanic tbh which is still WoW's mechanic in late 2019.
I really liked how TERA handled this but still I love Warcraft's lore but I'm a little worried about it because they changed a lot of things. They even changed some connections which I remember from Warcraft III. Yes I'm still a fan but not like before.
And like the others, I had played again for Lady Liadrin and now planning to play Classic WoW when it would been released but I'm not so sure. I want to play it for its old lore but can't be sure if it is worth it or not because of the mechanics which I mentioned above.
Edit: Btw, it's not just Warcraft for me. We growed up with all of the Blizzard games. Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft (didn't really know The Lost Vikings was a game :P) and they are all connected for me really. Now, I have all the games of Blizzard, including Overwatch and HotS. Playing all time to time, I'm still an active player of Overwatch and HotS but I feel really sad about Blizzard's current state and a bit angry. :)
Not every player gets the bundle or saves up gold for every expansion guys. Day one decks are not for everyone.
I can understand players not buying the bundles (I used to be f2p for years before transitioning to a paying customer), but not saving up gold? That's just lazy and on the fault of the players who don't save and/or complete their dailies
if you didn't buy pre-order 3 in a row, sometimes you just can't save gold for complete older expansions. Also saving is better with arena and not all players can handle that.
I can save for enough with arena but I know some friends who can't save enough without pre-order + arena. So its not just lazy. People have real lifes. :)
For the OP, it was just arena for me and I've just only played 5-8 games on ladder with whizbang. I believe what I always played against were all Whizbang decks so I couldn't say enough about first day decks. :) I can say that it really hurts to play against Taunt/control Warrior. I had really raged while I was playing against it.
But I can say that arena is funnier than last rotation. I had already pissed those mechs on last rotation. I've really had so much fun with this expansion in arena. There are great new cards for arena for sure.
Golden Scarab works great in Mage. Vulpera Scoundrel is great in any class. All of Reborn cards Murmy included does great in arena because of this, Pharaoh Cat also great. Siamat is also great in arena if you can pull it. Pit Crocolisk is like the king of the arena, Psychopomp acts great in any Priest arena deck, Dune Sculptor is also great if you could pulled minions like Banana Buffoon and more which I can't remember right now.
I can say that Mage,Hunter,Rogue and Warrior should be your choice in arena. I always got 5+ wins with them. Shaman has some problems in my experience because I had beat all of the shamans i had played against and got 3/3 with one shaman run. Priest is ok-ish, Druid is also ok-ish, can't say enough for paladin because I couldn't play with it and couldn't played so much against them. I have played against 2 paladins, 1 was loss and 1 was win. So my arena report is that. :)
It is really so much fun and easier than last rotation in my opinion. If you guys had issues with Arena before, You should give it a try right now.
this website doesn't lie, those are datamined information and if you can see those names are "onward uldum" which will be completed with a Tavern Brawl that is unique to this expansion. So probably those quests will be active next wednesday - when the tavern brawl will be reset- .
so, sooner or later we will get those quests and i am sure they are real quests. That's the mistake of blizzard to not release them all on first day of the expansion, instead of brawliseum not the mistake of this site.
it seems it is also not a mistake. Blizzard wants you to spend your golds into Brawliseum so you can buy more packs with real money and after you got what you need they will give you "free packs" next week as a dust source. :)
This site tries to give you all information which they can find and you are still whining about free stuff, can't you be respectful please ? And can't you use your brain a little to understand stuff that is written there? It needs a tavern brawl to be active. It is obvious.
I down voted the OP for over reacting about something as minor and unimportant as this but I up-voted you. Unfortunately someone down-voted you so your just back at zero.
Minor? ... i paid money for it as did those who preordered as well. If i buy something, then it is mine and no one is allowed to change it without telling me first. I did not rent the hero, i bought it. It is a property.
Actually, you didn't buy it, you rent it. You bought accessing it only. Those are same for cards and packs and any content of blizzard and any other game. It's like a game patch for single game. When you buy the Witcher 3 for example, They have all rights to patch it. They can change the game however they want. The only thing you own about that game is only the box and CDs if you have bought it physically. It is same for any online game. You don't buy the game. You buy accessing to the game. It is called as "service". It is not a product like a banana. When you buy a banana you completely own it but when you buy the service you don't completely own it. Same for hotels. You rent the bed and room not own the hotel.
You need to learn what service industry is.
So, Firstly, You need to learn what you paid for. It is the service you bought, not the product. That's why you have agreed the "Term of Use" while opening an account on battle.net. It is why they called it "Terms of Use".
So, Actually, It is not even an issue for blizzard on paper because you already agreed that they have all the rights about any change but they probably want to satisfy you because they want more money from you. :)
for Crystal Core; summoned minion by Reborn minion will probably be 4/1 and damaged without reborn which can be healed maximum to 4 or just a 4/4 copy without reborn.
for High Priest Amet, The summoned minion by reborn always have same health with him without reborn.
If it isn't stated on the card like Immortal Prelate, The minions which summoned by Reborn effect won't have buffs like Sword of Justice or Blessing of Kings. I mean; for example, If your [Hearthstone Card (Swords of Justice) Not Found] has 1 durability and you played a Bone Wraith, it will get +1/+1 from Sword of Justice and became 3/6 with Taunt and reborn and will break Sword of Justice. When it dies, it will summon a 2/1 Bone Wraith with Taunt and without reborn and buff. If Sword of Justice had 1 more durability, it would be 3/2 with taunt and without Reborn.
But I really wonder Immortal Prelate interactions. Card holds any enchantments when it summoned with any effect. If a priest steals it from a Paladin and gives it Embalming Ritual, Will summoned minion by Immortal Prelate also have Reborn? That's the real question. If it will have, That will be an infinite Immortal Prelate on board.
I had a warning from hearthstone yesterday as "You have an active arena run and 4 days left to complete it." even though Arena has been rotated. I had that warning before so much times and whenever I got this warning, I always got ticket so maybe I am not who to confirm but I'm %100 sure we will get an arena ticket.
Thanks for suggestions guys. I've used Pepe which sinti suggested. I have completed 52 cards and 83 more to go. I will share my expansion when it is completed. I hope you'll like it. :)
I google searched some deities from DnD Perhaps some names you could use revolving around your idea
Melora – Unaligned Goddess of Wilderness, Nature and the Sea
Ehlonna, goddess of forests, woodlands, flora & fauna, and fertility
Obad-Hai, god of nature, freedom, hunting, and beasts
Estanna, demigoddess of hearth and home
Syreth, lesser goddess of guardians and protection.
Valarian, demigod of forest, forest creatures, and good-aligned magical creatures
Well, I can use them maybe but I need some real legend or revered creature in Warcraft lore. I'm using them for inspiration source for my bards. Used Malorne for druid class, Elune for Priest class. I need a beast for hunter. I can use other types for other classes but beast for hunter seems essential. :)

it is not just about Northshire Cleric, it maynot be a problem in community's netdecks but it is possible to play a 5/5 Faceless Rager on turn 3 with any 3 health minion Dragon Egg included. I've had a deck which has Dragon Egg + Northshire Cleric + Crystallizer + Extra Arms + Faceless Rager and it has quite good winrates even it is not a netdeck.
So one of the other problem is Extra Arms + Faceless Rager on curve. If you have them at openning hand, you have simply a 3/5 or 2/5 and a 5/5 on the board which is kind of a problem. bye bye.
Edit: Lol, even I have downvoted myself.
Mage/Hunter > Warrior/Rogue > Warlock/Druid > Priest > Paladin > Shaman
Worked like this for me right now. Of course it might change in following days but I got best wins with Mage + Hunter. They were always 7+.
but I can say that it is funnier than last rotation. :)
Right now I'm sitting on 6-0 with mage in arena. We will see if i could go for 12 wins or I will stuck. Time will tell. :)

That's a good card but i'm a bit sad, I couldn't get Bazaar Burglary. :(
It's out guys, have fun. :)
