I've really wanted to make this work but 1/16 at bronze 8 speaks for itself. You have to mulligan and draw like a god to have a chance and even then aggro eats you for breakfast. The only deck this might work against is Raza Priest if they don't find silence with their discover spells or transform in a Kazakus potion. The one win felt great, but I strongly advice not to take this to ladder.

I'm with griffior in this. The outrage probably has a few solid reasons, but the amount of hate that is prevalent in several places just feels completely out of proportion. So I've decided to sit this one out. I don't play very much these days, but when I do, I'm having fun with stuff like Deck of Chaos Warlock, Elemental Mage or Deathrattle Hunter. If you know what you're doing, they're even somewhat competitive. Regarding the reward track, I'll decide once the next expansion comes. If doing all my daily and weekly quests doesn't amount to at least 6k gold, I'll devolve from a whale to F2P again and probably switch to wild for good. Meanwhile I embrace all voices that maintain a positive and respectful attitude during this time of transition.

Since nobody seemed to like my card very much (including me), I'll save up the art for another time. I've heard you guys like Freeze Shaman, though. So what about this:
I've wanted to design a card with this Battlecry for quite some time and this seemed like a good opportunity. The idea is obviously to freeze the enemy board and hit them in the face or make a favorable trade next turn. 2 Health protects them from Jaina's Hero Power and 6 Attack at 3+1 mana makes it a Fireball with a body (if it survives). The Elemental tag seemed fine because of Violet Spellwing. I'm still not completely sure about the cost and the overload, so feedback would be very welcome.
Moar feedback from me (edited for Demon):
Show Spoiler
KANSAS: I actually like the idea of giving it windfury. It's very flavorful and I don't mind that it doesn't work without a combo card. Good idea!
ChickyChick: Nice meme card! It's pretty cool but you should use another watermark.
fungusABao: It's hard to decide between the two of them, but I prefer Just a Bark. That said, 4 mana 8/8 might be too much and both cards should have the same name. If you should go with A'tur: There's a typo in "opponent's" and the last word shouldn't stand alone in its line.
linkblade: Rush doesn't feel right on Imposing Bark but I still like it more than Julia Celeste. (This has nothing to do with her being a Paladin card and I'll cut the jokes, I'm sorry if I've upset you.)
Demon: Really cool idea, I like it! … but I like Remil even more. The art is super badass and while I usually have a strong aversion against nonexistent class combinations, this one fits like a glove. The nerf of the Attack was important and well done so all in all this will pretty surely receive 5 stars from me.
grumpymonk: I prefer the Priest card, which is a pretty neat idea. You should change the name, though. "Lightforged" has been Paladin exclusive so far.
Alfi: The idea is good enough, but there are a few quite similar cards in this thread already. If you should stick to it, Divine Shield has to be bold and you should change the watermark.

DavnanKillder: I like your idea, but the card needs a little overhaul. First, I'm not happy with the name. It should be "Possessing Rager" imho. Then you've missed the genitive, it should be "minion's" instead of "minion". Finally, I think you should add "random" before "friendly minion".
Nirast: The idea behind the Rager is cool, but there is too much new stuff going on in this single card for my taste. The Drake is very neat. Great flavor, balance looks fine, I have nothing to criticise about it.
Wailor: I'd say it's a solid card, but not very exciting. The art is okay, but not a perfect match and that might be one of the reasons my cards from last week haven't had much success.
MenacingBagel: Reeeeeeally cool art! But shouldn't it be "Shreddin"? I would also make the wording two sentences since the damage is dealt by the minion, but your hero gains the Armor (capitalised!). Putting those two into one sentence looks a bit off to me.
Neoguli: I still like the card very much. The only thing I want to suggest is capitalising "Cryptic Treasure".
Hordaki: Nice one! The only debatable point in my eyes is the cost. Three powerful keywords obviously shouldn't be the usual 3 Mana, but since you've made it a legendary, 6 might be too much. I'd be fine with 5.
KANSAS: This is difficult to evaluate. I think it is too strong as it is… 5 Health is very hard to clear on 2 or 3, even if the Battlecry goes face and you don't buff it. What about 3/0/4?
BloodMefist: I like Carnival Rager very much. It's simple but strong and flavorful. Also I'm fine with the art. Nice one!
linkblade: Paladin again? I had initially decided to submit a Paladin Weapon called "Linked Blades" with 5 Attack, 1 Durability and Deathrattle: Equip a 1/5 Linked Blade. That would have meant instant victory, but sadly I couldn't find fitting art for the card and the token and Weapons aren't allowed this week. ;-) Back to business: I prefer Imposing Bark. Quite a nice anti aggro tool and just like you said yourself, this can become quite dangerous, too. Nice one!
Demon: I'm sorry, but I don't like it. Stats swapping feels like a Priest thing to me (please feel free to correct me, that's just a gut feeling) and 10 Attack is just too much imho. If you target a friendly minion, this becomes a 6 mana Pyroblast with a (weak) body.

First idea for this week. This is supposed to replace Soulciologist Malicia, focusing on support for Zoolock and that Token Demon Hunter archetype Blizzard is pushing so hard but hasn't come together yet.
I'll provide feedback later. Really nice ideas so far!

Congrats linkblade!
Did you notice the voting numbers of this competition? I think I've submitted on Thursday and I only got 27 votes (no complaining here, that's almost the same number linkblade got). I remember Demon was among the first submissions, they got 52 votes. Both numbers are quite low I think. Has Darkmoon Faire drawn so much attention? Is participation going down in general?

Sigh. Whenever I'm especially fond of one of my cards, I don't make it to the finals. Nevermind, the process of designing the cards is the most fun aspect for me anyway.
That said, linkblade's success with Paladin cards has reached a level where it should be added to the official OoC lore. Well done once more!
Last but not least, good luck to all the finalists!
EDIT: Also apologies for not really giving feedback. I feel like my advice would sound mundane and flat for the most part.
I have the same feeling, but I feel like I'm forced to do so if I want feedback myself, I dont know how others think about this. At least I can hope that I helped at least one person. The worst part is that I'm worried that I could give bad advice, and somebody might lose because of me.
If you're talking about the advice you have given me, that was tremendously helpful! I'm very happy with the card now and that's probably even more important than the scores it will receive. Thanks a lot!

Thanks! The way I interpret the rules of the competition, drawing a "card" wouldn't be allowed, since we're supposed to tutor a minion or a spell. A card might be a weapon or a Hero card, so I'll either have to choose one or make it a Choose One lol sorry. I did try and made a version without "from your deck" but it didn't look better. That said, I will think about making it draw only minions, because I get your argument about the flavor. The downside of this is that it looses lots of potential since tutoring a spell might give you Nourish, Guardian Animals or Survival of the Fittest (which is why I made it a 5 cost card in its first iteration - this could be very versatile and powerful in the right deck).

Updated version of my card...
... and more feedback.

AnAngryBadger: The idea is good enough, but I don't like the flavor. The art might fit Witchwood, but I'm not sure if it should go into Warrior at all. No Darkmoon Faire vibes anyway.
linkblade: I like both of them quite a lot, but I think the Paladin card is a better fit. It's very well placed in Scholomance while the Hunter card just looks okay-is in MDF. Both names do the job for me.
fungusABao: I prefer Enjoy the Faire! but maybe you'll come up with something better after a good night's sleep. It isn't bad but not super creative either.
shaveyou: I don't why the others don't like Pet Trainer, it's a very cool card. It's even better now with the reduced stats. For me, it's way better than Circus Elekk.
DestroyerR: I'd go with your first idea, the second one is too complicated for my taste.
ChickyChick: The card is alright, but not very creative. I think it doesn't need the Overload at all, maybe (1) would be okay.
Neoguli: This one is difficult. On the one hand, you need the Combo for the tutoring effect. On the other hand, I don't like this not being a neutral card. What I do like is the "cryptic" treasure in Uldum. I don't know. Maybe it would be best to drop the combo, make it a neutral and save it up for another competition. Don't get me wrong, it's a very cool design, but that's exactly why I wouldn't waste it on a competition where you have to force it into the theme.

I've gotten some comments on reddit stating my card is too expensive. I made it cost 5 mana with ramp in mind, but I see how a 5 mana do nothing doesn't seem very attractive. Not sure if 3 or 4 is the right spot yet. Any thoughts from you guys and gals?

Sothis: No, I'm afraid there isn't. :/
KANSAS: I prefer Grimstone. Nothing to criticize here.
fungusABao: I like your idea. Considering Corrupt the Waters needs quite some set up and then still doesn't draw a card like yours does, 3 mana would certainly be justified. I also think changing the name is a good idea, Lil' Rag is a Battlegrounds only thing for me.
MenacingBagel: I don't like the effect very much, I'm sorry. The art looks nice enough, though and a mech in Warrior usually works well.
DavnanKillder: Your cards may look a bit complicated at first glance, but I really like your creativity and how you manage to find cool and fitting art. That said, there's a typo in them: it should be "its", not "it's ".
DestroyerR: Solid card, but not too exciting imho.
Demon: Nice to see other people observing votes and things that might influence them. My current theory is that submitting very early might actually help. That said, I like your card and rated it 4 stars for now, but I would have given Feathershot 5 because I'm a sucker for Deathrattle Hunter cards.
grumpymonk: Arlizz feels too close to Instructor Fireheart for my taste. Freak Show doesn't look very flavorful to me - while dragons and murlocks are a Paladin thing, they don't fit into Darkmoon Faire very well. Heart of the Wild looks good.
shaveyou: Nice card, I like it. It fits the Scholomance Beast theme for Druid and Hunter very well. Some juicy Deathrattle targets in Hunter would very much like to see this printed. Very cool idea!
linkblade: Interesting idea, but you're right, the art isn't fitting very well yet. I'm also not sure if people will reward the creativity of the effect or punish you for doing something unprecedented.
Wailor: I really like your card, good work! The only thing I would have liked you to change is make the discard either random or targeted (highest cost or something). Right now I'd interpret it as freely targeted and that's the reason I gave only 4 stars, since this would require a new form of interaction with your hand.

Sorry I couldn't participate in the discussion last week, still very busy at work and doing overtimes. I'll give feedback tonight, I promise. Demon's Hunter Weapon is my favorite so far.
What do you think about this?
No more sad games where you just don't draw your old god or your Survival of the Fittest. 5 mana draw 1 is obviously very bad, but Druid can afford it easily with all their ramp and I think having a reliable tutor for your win condition makes up for the tempo loss.

Same here. I've made a deck of chaos deck that is halfway decent. I'm having fun with it, but it's a very close call on health before you can stabilise, so maybe it needs Aranasi Broodmothers or Khartut Defenders.

I know this isn't very reasonable, but I usually craft what I want on day 1 if I don't get it from packs. Trying out new stuff is one of the most fun aspect of the game for me and I'm willing to bear the consequences of this behaviour. Of course that means having to dust duplicates on day 1, too, but I do it manually and save up rares and epics that might get nerfed. In the end, you have to ask yourself what you want from the game and how much resources you're willing to invest for that. If your goal is having fun trying out new stuff in an unshaped meta, go for it and don't look back. If you're on a budget and primarily want to go down the competitive road, better wait till the top dogs are figured out.
Good luck everyone!
Lol it's the other way round for me, I gave more 4 and 5 star ratings than I usually do :D

I'm sorry for you man. I'm sending a hug if you want one.
