I'm fine with R posting the next riddle, I don't mind waiting till tomorrow. The riddle and the guess about Sergeant Sally shouldn't count since DestroyerR's round had not been officially finished then.

Who is she? Where did she come from?
Why is she wearing this uniform?
How does she even catch gangsters?
    I don't need sleep. I need answers.

Patience mate! You have to wait until DestroyerR has confirmed or denied that your guess is correct before posting a new riddle.

(Also: depending of the perspective, this should be Sergeant Sally or Mayor Noggenfogger?)

That's the main reason why I asked to be able to choose a portal permanently here. The current work around would be to choose the HS portal before clicking "Recent Threads". Browsing the Forum, use the "go back" function of your browser, don't click the OOC banner at the top.

That's a real cool feature, thanks a lot! Also for letting us know your thought process. The customer service on this page is insane. As a certified quality manager, that warms my heart.

Great work, thanks for your dedication! I'll use the opportunity to request a quality of life feature. I really like the concept of the portals. Would it be possible to expand this feature to the point where users could permanently choose one of them in account management?

Warning in advance that I got back from my night shift and have to sleep. I’ll try to check the guesses as soon as I wake up thoug

R posted a riddle, DestroyerR solved it.
Then it was DestroyerR's turn to post a riddle, but R jumped in and posted a new one after less than a day.
You solved it and posted a new one.

Since DestroyerR declared to be okay with that this time, we can proceed with your riddle.

I'll stick with my reasoning for the time being... So Dragons that affect both players in a positive way and are not Neutral or Priest cards... maybe Nozari? (Though "not for your scrutiny" might also hint at Stealth... hm.)

    Good night! :-)

I thought it was concluded that it was my W. All good if not.

    Nope not Chamelios

That's right, but the riddle you solved was posted by R when it was DestroyerR's turn to post one.

BTT: "Equal opportunity" makes me think the card has an effect that both players benefit from. "Reptilian" could be a hint at Dragons. Is it Temporus?

I can second this. I haven't played as much as I'd like to, but managed a winrate about 50%. Didn't pull off the combo once yet. The closest I got was having three Krushes in hand and killing my opponent with one of them because I couldn't find Leoroxx. It's a decent enough deck that makes use of really interesting Hunter cards that haven't been very popular so far. I like it very much! Also thumbs up for the very detailed guide! I figured it out myself more or less, but some Mulligan advice would be a great addition. ;-)

    Congrats griffior!

I agree with you and RavenSunHS. I made it to legend in Standard in the old system once with Mech Hunter which was great because I "discovered" the viability of the deck before it became popular. The experience wasn't my idea of fun nevertheless. Same goes for wild, where I did it with Darkest Hour Warlock merely 2 days before the nerf bat killed it. I don't think I'll ever do it again, since I'm playing to have fun in both formats right now, which means constantly switching between decks and trying out off meta stuff like YourPrivateNighmare's Hunter deck.

Wait WTF why did you guys skip me

Looks like R was too impatient to wait more than a few hours and the rest of us didn't pay attention. I'm sorry!

Alright, I finally went through my whole collection and dusted all the duplicates and goldens that aren't likely to be nerfed soon. Lo and behold, I got enough dust together to craft your list and the Pure Libram Paladin meta deck.

Thank you so much for sharing this, your deck is great fun and competitive enough not to get too frustrated playing it. I only wish Xarkkal was still around, he surely would have enjoyed this.

    Right.

I think the point should still be given to Dermostatic.

No, I don't think so. I'm almost 100% sure evasion was deliberately chosen instead of ice block, which is the far more well known immunity secret. So Live4vrRdieTryin earned the point.

Valeera the Hollow's flavor text sounds fitting, so that's my next guess.

Quite a few candidates for this, if I'm guessing correctly that the card we're looking for makes your hero immune for one turn. I'll guess Violet Illusionist for starters.

Would it be possible to add a little table to the site of the mug that shows oz in ml? Just like with the sticker page that translates inches to cm.

This looks really fun! Thanks for the great write up and keeping us Hunter players sustained! Sadly I probably won't get to play this deck, I'm missing Beastmaster Leoroxx, Professor Slate and at least 1 epic, maybe even 3 of them (probably dusted the fletchers, I'm not sure). :-(

I'm sorry you didn't like it and I admit that I'm not really good at creating riddles. I wouldn't say it made 0 sense, though. Even if you aren't into those things, just entering "number of the beast" into google would have given away the 6 (and an iconic Iron Maiden song to enjoy). To say/shout/scream is a code word common enough in this thread to be recognized as a battlecry card and using the quest instead of a minion was just me trying to make it a little harder. Maybe all that together was too much, but I prefer riddles that require some out of the box thinking instead of references to flavor texts or something. I'll try to do better and not wander too far from HS content next time. Finally, I want to add that I'd never make an unfair or overly complicated riddle on purpose. I enjoy solving your riddles way more than providing my own, so I'm quite contraryly to your statement interested in you solving them quickly. I don't want to be a bad sportsman and just offer low effort riddles, so I try to contribute as well as I can.

BTT: the line "a noble falls" makes me think we're looking for a "lord" or "lady" card, which there are quite a few of, probably with a Deathrattle. I couldn't find something that fits the rest of the riddle very well, but maybe it is Lord Barov? If it isn't, it would be nice if you could give us a hint or tell us if my reasoning was correct or not.

Great haul from the felosophy bundle! I got Shan'do Wildclaw and Rattlegore from Scholomance, a golden Soul Mirror from AoO and The Boom Reaver from the year of the dragon packs!

I guess I'll try out Big Warrior, then. Soul Mirror will provide me with the dust for either Lady Liadrin so I can finally try out Libram Pally or Beastmaster Leoroxx because why not.

Is it Uther of the Ebon Blade?

The second line really sounds like Northrend or Death Knights in general. Uther is a noble and his "fall" might be the transition to his Death Knight form. The sound of the bones could be his new hero power.
