Balinda Stonehearth - Sweet card. If I understand its effect correctly, one spell will replace Balinda's attack, while the second one will replace its health. Therefore, you want to play this in a Big Spell deck, which seems to be Mage's jam in Alterac.
Iceblood Tower - I was 200% sure that Alterac would've brought us at least one big Frost spell, and it went exactly as I believed: there were just too many positive signals for it to not happen. For the spell itself, Iceblood Tower wants you to run lots of impactful stuff in your deck, and I am glad that Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron isn't in Standard anymore.
Among those things that Handbuff Paladin lacked, early proactive tools was one of them. While this single unit cannot make up for the entire archetype, Saidan the Scarlet will 100& be included in future lists.
The 15 health condition doesn't immediately sell this card to any currently existing deck in Standard, even though Warlocks love messing with their Health total.
I wonder I we can see some Priest shenanigans with Apotheosis... probably too clunky to be viable.
Moreover, the effect states that it costs (5) less, and not (5), so Granite Forgeborn can help. Oh, and maybe Celestial Alignment shenanigans? I am just brainstorming at this point ahah.
On a final note, in Duels you start at 20 health total, so you just have to lose 5 health to get a 5 mana 8/8 with Rush and Windfury, which is gross.
I don't want to sound like a party breaker, but Primordial Drake had Taunt, which is a big deal.
Alliance supporters where are you?
Oh hell no.
It is not, and I assumed it was because I am a dummy.
Turn 5 Sigil of Reckoning into turn 6 Caria Felsoul (into turn 7 Death Speaker Blackthorn?): nutty!
Clumsy Courier and Celestial Ink Set may help.

Captain Galvangar - Handbuff Warrior is a thing, and this is going to be basically a better Grommash Hellscream in there. Charge is back!

Love me some JoJo reference.
I may miss something, but isn't Sleight of Hand pretty underwhelming?
I mean, Shadowcrafter Scabbs's Battlecry is just bonkers, but the hero power seems so niche...
Deal 3 damage to all minions, shuffle 3 Fel Rift into your deck and draw 3 cards. Any better?
Still no cleavage though.
Welp, there goes my 1600 dust for Shan'do Wildclaw.
Adorable Infestation looks nutty with this.
Give them time!
Not only I expect you to build a good deck, but I will also play anything you come up with on Day 1!
Jokes aside, your initial comment suggested me that you were much interested in coming up with a list for Moorabi.
I am eager to see what you'll cook up in your laboratories!

Huge Evolve highroll in Standard right now.
