Even if you disenchant a copy of (X) card, the game will still mark it as "found" and therefore you won't benefit of the protection rule anymore. Otherwise everyone would just abuse the new system for big amounts of dust everytime a card gets nerfed
I've never been a day 1 craft player: I value my dust too much to risk to waste it on garbage.
The only exceptions to this self-imposed rule have been Kronx Dragonhoof and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza, because the whole expansion was around Highlander and Galakrond so there's no way they would have been crap.
Nobody tell them about C’Thun.
(I know that they did see some play, but that didn’t last too long compared to a lot of other decks)
Are you implying that my C'thun Hunter isn't good? Blasphemy
Killed Lorewalker Cho with a free Vendetta. Cho copies spell but opponent plays it for free? 0% chance that he meets the condition for it to be free though.
Never knew Cho copied discounts, how is this a thing wtf
Maybe I'm wrong with how it works, but I would assume since Vendetta is still a Rogue card, it's checking for non-Rogue cards, not "different from the class you're playing." I don't know that for sure but would be my guess to explain that interaction?
I guess the class you should consider "main" is the one you're playing (if you're Jaina, then Mage), so it shouldn't matter if Vendetta is a Rogue card. But yeah, I don't know why it happened.
Even though it costs one more and the outcome may backfire, I think Zul'Drak Ritualist is a much better anti-Big Priest tool since it summons three different drops instead of three times the same one.
But yeah, a really small detail as long as it fucks up Anduin's res pool.
If I had to build a Griftah deck I would probably play some Warlock list with Demonic Project, Drakkari Trickster and such. But since Gul'dan doesn't have a reliable Control tool like Bloodreaver Gul'dan anymore, it is kind of difficult to survive enough to pull off this strategy. But maybe I'm wrong and I didn't look enough into it, who knows.

No day 1 crafts, but if I had to choose which ones I think will end up being must-haves, then it's clearly Maiev Shadowsong (neutral tool with a very useful effect that can be exploited by all 10 classes) and Kayn Sunfury (if this card, together with Metamorphosis, fails then the whole DH class will fail, a thing that is very unlikely since Team wants to push the new toy).
It depends on what I'll unpack, but based on that I think Zixor, Apex Predator will be another to-go card for Hunter players. Just too good to pass on.
Certain decks can take advantage of going second because of tempo effects like Combo or similar.
To be honest though, outside of these cases The Coin may even not be enough to even the scales. Sometimes going first gives you so much initiative that not even an Innervate can turn the tables.
I don't agree with you. Priest looks bad. Really bad. It would be better if the Year of the Dragon expansions actually provided some serious support to this class' inner shift, but unfortunately it appears that it's not the case.
Just take Skeletal Dragon and Coilfang Warlord, or Winged Guardian if you want to stick with the same mana cost. Wanna talk about dragons? Emerald Explorer trades 1 mana and 1 health less for the chance to discover your dragon and to be able to play it immediately. It's so unfair that it's not even funny.

There: you dropped your tinfoil hat
You have misunderstood how the rule works.

Imprisoned Sungill could backfire as a huge miss.
I don't know if the card will be bonkers, but it can't be worse than Supreme Abyssal and Al'ar

Since I wanted to showcase 9 decks I preferred to highlight class cards, with some exceptions of course.
Griftah is a neutral and didn't really fit in any deckbuilding idea I came up with for the article.
If you're interested, other honorable mentions that didn't make it are Loose Specimen, Countess Ashmore (I'm so sad), Arcane Dynamo, Arena Fanatic and Snapjaw Shellfighter.

Overconfident Orc's joke is one of the best of this expansion's reviews!
Shaman got very few bad cards in the whole Year of the Raven.
The other options were Beakered Lightning, Totem Cruncher and Krag'wa, the Frog but in the end we opted for Zentimo because it's the only one you can include in a deck without feeling too bad about it.
Totally a mistake of mine: I'll fix it immediately. Thanks for pointing it out!
A good laugh here and there might help you to be relaxed even when things are not perfect ;)
"Git gud" or other things.
Mage is so bullshit. Even more than Embiggen Druid. Even more than Face Hunter. Even more than any Galakrond.
It's simply unbearable. You can't play around anything because even they don't know what will happen. And Evocation has not been released yet.
Man I hate the class.
I don't agree with you.

Apart from viability discussions, Apotheosis has a stunning art and I think it competes for the best one in the whole set.
