Removing the ability to Discover cards outside of your deck's rune combinations wouldn't be a good change if the intention is to nerf the class. Suppose you run a triple-Frost deck for example. You may not be able to get a Vampiric Blood or something like that, but now all your cards that Discover spells just make it even more likely for you to get another Frostwyrm's Fury (assuming the change were to happen instead of the one we got rather than in addition to it, but even then, it still makes it a lot more likely to Discover the really good single and double-Rune cards of that particular Rune type as well).
While people can make a debate about which one is more significant than the other, the buff and nerf that this effect would provide would be quite big changes that can't simply be glossed over. Discovering cards outside of your own Runes can be fun, and at the end of the day, restricting Discovers to your own deck's Runes basically just removes that fun factor while not really changing the power level that much (since it makes a huge change in both directions).
I'm not really sure how I feel about banning all triple-Rune cards from Discover since I feel like it calls into question over the philosophy of the class design as a whole, but I do think this is the better move than removing the ability to Discover outside of your Runes.
Feedback time. It's hard to feel the motivation to do this when so few people are part of this now, but here I go. I think maybe I'll change Cobalt Harpy to be 8 mana worth of spells.

I do like the weird plays and stat values this card can probably produce and I think it's probably a fun design, so good job.

Beach Lurker is amusing, but I would probably agree that I don't think something like this is particularly likely to win the competition.
Harmonic Melody is a cooler design, even though Priest does already have a Harmonic card.
Anchorm4n
I appreciate the "ping-pong" pun (ping pong pung?), as well as the mini-Zilliax vibes of the card. Great job.
Neoguli
Decent card in concept, but as noted, it should be 3 arrows.
I think this is the first time in my life that I've scored in the bottom 3, and given the theme of the competition, I will consider that an accomplishment. XD
Hard Core is still going on if you feel that you need some normalcy.
We only have 48 hours left to submit and we only have 2 entries. At this rate, we very well may not even have enough people to fill the entire finalist list.

Pretty good card, although I must ask how it would choose what side? Would it just pick a side at random for every card?
Wailor
I will agree with the other two that Frostwolf Chieftain is the best.
And I don't blame you in the slightest. I don't think the theme is boring. I think simple themes like this can be a good place to encourage a certain thinking space and it seems that this competition in particular just got unlucky with turnout.

I think I prefer the second version.
The first version isn't my favorite since passive effects on weapons are something that can be abused by simply holding onto the weapon and never using its final attack. That's why cards like Sword of Justice also have the clause of losing 1 Durability. As far as I can tell, the only weapon with an effect like this without a clause to lose Durability is Overlord's Whip because the effect can be bad.
For this reason, I like the second version's design better, although because it costs 4 mana, it's hard to summon a lot of Silver Hand Recruits, sufficiently buff them to make giving them Charge a strong payoff, and also play this.
I'm excited that this competition finally gives me a chance to use this card that I've had in my portfolio ever since Death Knight was first announced (and I touched up to use the proper border and watermark).
Reminder that we still have our April Fools competition, Consistently Inconsistent, going on if you're looking for some chaos. The regular competitions will still be going on as normal.
Edit: "Hearthcards -> Download full-sized card -> Imgur" yielded a weirdly huge pic to insert into forum post. "Download half-sized card" is the current post, but still seems too big. What am i doing wrong? It's my first time...
If you click the button "Insert/Edit Image" and then paste the image URL in the Source box, it should display "Dimension" numbers which you can edit yourself (adjusting one number will automatically adjust the other to match the proportions). 250 is the recommended size to use.
I've taken the liberty of editing your post for you so that your image uses that size.

I'm excited to see what you guys come up with.

You've got 24 hours left everybody!
Going to leave this revamped version here for future feedback.

Not only with a win, but also with the highest-scoring card to ever be submitted.
In reality, what are harpies but just the aerial equivalent of nagas? (hehe)
The balancing of the spell requirement is... tricky to say the least.
Competition Theme: Numerical Value
It's time to mix it up! Swap in them beats and change the flow. [Insert additional music reference here]
Ready for Festival of Legends to begin? Icefiremage would have us search for a new rhythm!

Not gonna lie, I'm really not even sure how to give feedback how unconventional the theme is.
