in card games it's not always about being cost efficient.. specially in runettera where spells are generally more expensive..

isn't too impressive tbh, it's intended as a buff/support target but there are better ones

If you protect it or buff it it's quite amazing a support with elusive is quite strong specially with all the support.. Support got I guess they are pushing the high support synergy as ionia/Taragon. 

You don't do anything you can't do with pen and paper so it's not cheating.

A fun legendary like whizbang or ETC or that one from rise of shadows. A noncompetitive card that has some nobility to it.

So I played this card in carpet zoolock.. basically it's a better [card]magic carpet[/card] it gives zoo the power to fight back for the board with another card besides carper and it's just an amazing card and it costs only 1 mana.. and that's while my zoolock list doesn't even run any deathrattle minions.. with those it's even much better.

Don't think it's a sleeper many people really see the potential of this cards.. Specially when the archetype is so pushed this expansion.
