There's a pretty good amount of holy paladin spells. Not sure which of them aren't good enough to include in your decklist but still good enough to get off discover.
Pretty obvious questline support. Can't say I'm not curious about the lore for Worgen Illidari either (yeah, I'm sure there's nothing beyond Worgen DH looks cool).
I've always kept ranked spells in my hand until turn 5, but I think I'll be fine playing this one earlier. Though I won't complain about getting an extra token or two if I draw this later.
I have to assume you get +1 attack for every minion this kills, and there is probably at least one example of honorable kill working in a similar way that I can't think of right now. I don't think it's that hard for DH to fill a board with 1/1s either.
There are lots of cards that deal x damage randomly split. Here's another one. 10 damage on turn five with the cost of 1 overload that doesn't hit friendlies looks pretty powerful. Not hitting face could even be an advantage.
3 mana to sometimes draw 2 cards, maybe more if you're really lucky. Sounds alright. Even if there aren't any 1-health minions around, you might be able to get something down to 1 health for the honorable kill. I'm not sure that would necessarily be the most efficient trades though.
This would only work in a heavily spell focused deck that tends to keep a large hand. Even then it might be too expensive. I could see it being used to kill a powerful minion and killing its neighbors as a bonus.
A miniature version of OG Deathwing's effect. Unfortunately, discarding your entire hand usually put you at a big disadvantage, and I don't think this will be that great either.

This is making me happy Hand of A'dal is rotating soon. Librams too.

I don't think it will be too difficult to find a 2 health target for this.
This will probably be good. Like Guardian Animals except you can play it sooner but it doesn't grant rush and only summons one.
If Hunter needs reload this card will be awesome.
I can't really think of too many choices that would always be bad (maybe Cenarius) though there are plenty that would only be good in some situations.
Looks like a decent choose one card. Probably better options for healing and removal right now though.

4 immediate damage and a 3/6 for 5 mana sounds alright. Assuming you can consistently have a dragon available to activate the effect.
Oh, so he meant putting Kazakusan in a duels deck and picking Infinite Arcane, not getting Infinite Arcane with Kazakusan in constructed.
Shield Slam with a body with taunt. Seems pretty nice.
Probably at least decent in a Priest deck that runs lots of Holy and Shadow spells.

So it can't get you class treasures like Infinite Arcane? Then what was the tweet quoted at the start of this article about?
