Yeah, 2020 is a wild year. Recently in Poland, women are protesting against further abortion restrictions. I'm pretty sure the government only accepted the new law, because they thought that the fear of getting infected by covid-19 would stop mass protests. Guess they were wrong, they have now created more lack of trust towards them and the pandemic in general.
It's a massive neutral removal, which I think we haven't really seen before and may warrant the high Cost. As some pointed out, this can be resurrected and used to further control the board. I don't think hope is lost for this card.
Greetings there! I'm here to present you my version of how I would change Priest's Core Sets. I'm jumping the bandwagon a bit with the changes after seeing some other people trying their reworks and generally accepting classes may need some updates.
This time, I've put crossfire onto Priest. While it's very hard to actually do them, please don't think I'm going to make changes for literally every class, although if I get bored, I might do in near future. Also chose Priest this time, because some of their new cards they got aren't seeing any value, and they could use some nice tools. I also chose them as the last one for me to revise, as there were plenty of Priest Core Set changes beforehand.

Survivability - Priests have access to tons of healing, be it to themselves or their allies.
Card Generation - The Light shall bring you unexpected tools to help you win.

Healing - Priests are ready to heal your wounds.
Limitations
Disruption - Priests can enter your mind.
Buffs - Allies deserve some more power.
Combos - Priests usually cast slow, but powerful spells, but they also have some smaller ones to spare.

Northshire Cleric - returning with a different effect. You no longer can go full Northshire, but you can still get a draw, and it now triggers off of healing on your hero.
Power Word: Feast - a nice buff for Priest to let your minions stay alive.
Sanctuary Angel - a minion for your Rez Priests. Helps you defend your face, albeit it deals mediocre damage.
Priest of the Feast - provides you with a payoff for playing multiple spells in a turn.
Divine Hymn - not the strongest card, but heals your board and your hero.
Apotheosis - another buff for the class that also heals you.
Shadowmelder - serves as a removal tool that also supports Deathrattle synergies.
Shadowy Figure - the primary Deathrattle synergy card, giving you more of those effects.

Some cards that were considered, but didn't make the cut
Show Spoiler
Silhouettes - my custom card that was meant to replace Mindgames. It was supposed to generate value, but in the end, maybe it could generate too much of it.
Shadowboxer - If I remember, I wanted to add this card, but I guess it deals damage to the enemy hero when it can, so no.
Mana Geode - Same story, except this one looks so cool that had I not gone for more Deathrattle synergies, this would probably make the cut.
I guess I'm so out of touch. No wonder why I started to think of going back a bit to Runeterra due to boredom, especially after seeing these cards. But I did hear that Bilgewater is oppressive and got slacked.
But I'm a big fan of the card, and effects like Kadregrin's remind of the possibility of endlessly stacking buffs or summoning minions. Some people on r/LegendsOfRuneterra's Discord server may regocnise me for playing decks revolving around Copies in their Weekly Tournaments - I brought up stuff like Counterfeit Warmother or Zephyr Sage Spam.
LoR is tied to the universe of LoL, so it can sevre as an additional tool to expand the universe. Without Legends of Runeterra, we would know less about Yone or Senna beforehand.
People probably forget Piltover is the primary class for uncontrollable RNG. It's just that cards like Back Alley Barkeep don't see much play, but they show that the regions supports unpredictable outcomes.
My quick idea based on what I've found on my front page of Pinterest, and this art just looks sick. Anchors are usually thrown down to put the ship in place, so I decided to make this card do something similar by swapping with the bottom card of your deck. If the bottom card of the deck appears to be another Maledict Anchor, it instead searches for the different card that's at the bottom of your deck until you can't - it's to prevent infinite draw animation shenanigans.
The deck does intend to cycle fast and get to the combo, and Zephyrs did make appearances in decks that want to dig for their win condtions, such as OTK Palladin or even earlier versions of Galakrond Warlock.
EDIT: And he's also an Elemental, so in late game with Jaina DK, he may be able to heal your hero.
I'm glad that Tuskar from DotA2 exists for this competition, his art really suits one of a Tuskarr. On top of that, the effect may be simple, but you rarely see a dual Mage and Warrior card. I used those classes, because while Taunt is not necessarily their thing, they still have some Taunts in their cards like Mirror Image, and the freezing effect made sense from the dual class standpoint aswell as for Tuskarr flavor reasons.
Aisde from feeling a little bit upset for not reaching finals yet again, I do agree that the Hunter card with Tentacle of N'Zoth was so flavorful and pretty good as a card in general that it should be there.
One more try. Too bad I couldn't find a different piece of art to avoid using this one from Karazhan. Sure, Roll the Bones reuses one from an adventure, but showing something more original will help more. EDIT: I'm also not that confident in reviewing other people's stuff, so don't really expect me to hear my opinion. Maybe I'll try to review some in the future.
I immediately thought of Dekkster when seeing this build. It's pretty similar to his.
Is there any point to run Willow besides summoning the Dreadlord?
It's invisible for me, and I can't add it. Is it a bug or am I just impatient enough?

Besides, great set btw.

Initiation - dunno, but I think I wanted to add this card, but I guess it could be weird to have.
Power Word: Replicate - maybe too gimmicky and also conflicted with Silhouettes back when I wanted to add them.
Among many, many, MANY other cards…
Would you think of Azure Drake to replace Steward of Scrolls?
I guess I'm so out of touch. No wonder why I started to think of going back a bit to Runeterra due to boredom, especially after seeing these cards. But I did hear that Bilgewater is oppressive and got slacked.
Wait, it's launching tomorrow?

The first thing I thought of when seeing Kadregrin the Infernal was Counterfeit Copies.

Bilgewater also can.

Wait... Horror Game + Bloodreaver Gul'dan is 8 Health for free each turn.
