It is incosistent due to the easy diffculty of countering it. But this could lead to a base for maybe a control Paladin that uses Togwaggle as a win con?
Somebody mentioned not to use Anathil due to her cool design. I may obey the advice, as I did a similar mistake with Party Cup (that 1/4 Warlock minion that made your Hero Power draw for both players). Here's my proposed replacement. It drows a heckton of minions, but is a tempo-negative play unless you are playing Druid or you can fully utilise the Battlecry effect. Now that I think about it, this can feel nutty in Druid to give them an alternate way to CorruptCarnival Clown. Not with a buff, but with a ton of refill.
EDIT: Also apologies for not really giving feedback. I feel like my advice would sound mundane and flat for the most part.
Cryptis Treasure means you can choose from Zephrys's Lamp, Crusty the Crustacean, Tracking Device and Ancient Reflections. Still thinking if I should remove the crab from the pool, but you can already see I'm limit testing this contest's rules, because the cards shuffled in are minions or spells, and you can tutor them with the Combo effect.
Wanan try building actual decks on this site with your Core Set Chnages in mind? I think this will give you important insight on whether you succeeded or not. I've done that to my own set and took some notes that can tell me if changes need to be made.
I wouldn't include Illuminator because 3 of the 4 secret classes are designed to be bad at healing, and I'd worry that this card violates that too much.
I did consider including Avian Watcher, but now that I've created actual decks that use my reworked sets, I'd say she is fine, because turns out my sets have so much minion-based anti-aggro tools it can gladly take some counters to burst. Mage can definitely still use it, but remember that I removed Counterspell from Mage, so they definitely benefit from including Illuminator, as they can no longer prevent face damage spells.
This was one of my recent changes actually. Elementals in this rework are meh, so Blazecaller can push the deck a notch to be better. It's also one of few sources of burst that can bypass all these Taunt minions and even future cards like Spellward Jeweler, who (spoiler!) was initially in the set, but I instead opted to leave up Coldlight Seer.
Greetings here! I'm here to present you my version of how I would change the Neutral Core Set. I'm back at doing these, and this may be the last one, as it's just Neutrals left.
This time, as I'm mentioning again, I'm going to end my project with Neutral cards. The cards we currently have are not that bad, but a lot of them have been brushed under the rug due to powercreep, and even in the beginning of Hearthstone, some were so bad they need to be replaced. There's also room to add even more diversity to evergreen strategies. I've also added five new Basic cards to alter Demon Hunter's Golden Card distribution to be more in line with Mage and Warrior.
FYI, all cards under spoilers are only new cards or existing cards that got changed. The rest of cards that were not shown stay the same, so they don't exactly need to be exposed. Some cards or changes to them are also giggles and my guilty pleasures. Expect Da Undatakah.

Thanks a lot for feedback! I've decided to opt for the spell route, but this meant a lot of reevaluation. Now this minion can fully embrace being part of any heavy Minion Mage deck, which we haven't really seen since Witchwood. Now, which art do you prefer, and should I even include the Corrupted tokens?
Great idea in the use of corrupt. Maybe change the restriction to Spells, for Mage-flavor.
Thanks! I think your take is pretty fine, but then we come to times when Mage was actually viable by not having many spells - Book of Specters comes into play. I wonder if this would be a fine card powerlevel-wise to push the Minion Mage archetype back into spotlight. Maybe a slight nerf would do.
A fun idea for a card. It provides a lot of board presence when played, but you can't really play too many cards or else you won't play it. This may need a mechanical rework to maybe only increase the Cost while in hand.
Hmn... where could this be useful... in a deck with minions that usually have small attack. Maybe some Baron Rivendare shenanigans? Wild also has pretty good low-attack minions to benefit from this card, so this could work in a similar manner to [Hearthstone Card (Luna'sPocket Galaxy) Not Found]. Maybe Renolock? Or in Malygos decks for a cheaper Maly outside of Supreme Archaeology?
When creating Seashore Guide, I was actually thinking whether to nerf it to 2/2 or keep it as it is. It was a decently difficult situation, but I ultimately landed on the 3/2 statline to make it a strong card.
While Reviving Infusion does represent the controversial Rez Priest archetype, the mechanic inside the class has become almost a core staple in each Standard rotation. Every Standard set so far had Rez mechanics in one way or another, so it would be discgraceful not to solidify it's place. If this mechanic wouldn't have an evergreen card, we would soon reach a critical mass of cards that fill that purpose - we argueably reached it with the original Rez Priest back when Barnes was at 4 Mana.
I remember catching out the possibility of roping your opponent when Bilgewater got released. Tbh, a card should not be nerfed just because they use it to play on the law's edge, most of the time. I'd say this combo didn't need this punishment.
Unless people found out a way to make the combo competitive.
Really? When did they nerf my beloved Zephyr Sage combo? Did I miss something? If so, please revert it back. It was such a niche strategy to punish control decks I don't mind it existing still.
I'm now glad I checked the gamepedia page of DH's Initiate set and the Trivia section that Initiate sets are meant to last for a year, so Jolene Knottley can be there for a year and be later removed if deemed unhealthy in the long run.
Sigil of Lucidity isn't actually that useless. I've actually theorycrafted two OTK decks with this card, and it can be used either as a way to trigger multiple "When discarded" cards or to reduce the cost of some, with the former being the more dominant function. It's Cost can be reduced due to being a Sigil, so it's cost efficiency can be cheated. Let's not forget Spellbook Ghouls with this.
If I remember correctly, one of my original Hero Power ideas used to let you draw an additional cards at the start of your next turn, but I felt that the only natural progression of that Hero Power when upgrading it via Justicar Trueheart or Baku the Mooneater was to make it a clone of Warlock's upgraded Hero Power. Hence my decision to remake it this way, because I dunno how letting you draw two additional cards at the start of your next turn could pan out. You could basically have a reverse Aluneth for 2 mana, and while the class itself wouldn't have face damage through spells, minions and neutral cards who fill that purpose still exist. If anything, maybe working around the Cost of my Hero Power should do the trick.
A bit of the same philosophy can be applied to Hourglass of Purity, except it's potential problem could exist only through Sigil of Magic + a neutral burst minion or just that minion and buffs. Maybe make it a combination of Twisting Nether + Mana Burn instead?
Yeah, Poetry Professor would force you to manually type on your keyboard. It can be frustrating for mobile players, but I tunnel visioned on PC players. I was skeptical about this idea of a perfect tutor card, but then I've come to conclusion that if this card could force people to learn fast and efficient typing, it would help a lot of people outside the game.
Greetings here! I'm here to present you my version of how I would change Priest's Core Set... new class. I've taken a break from my core set plans and created something a bit different.
This time, it's an entirely new class. In my interview about Hunter and Demon Hunter Core Set Changes, I did say making one for Demon Hunter was close to creating a new class, but Archivist was one true new class, because I had to make everything from sratch instead of having ready pieces like I had with DH. It's been at least a year since I attempted to make a new class - my latest one beforehand was Monk, and before Monk - Witch Doctor, which was actually one of the first ever classes released to Hearthcards Class Creator. But without further adieu, let's move on to Archivist!
For your information, you can also check the class in Hearthcards Class Creator.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Show Spoiler
Strengths
Card Draw and Generation - Archivists must quickly move through pages to find exact information.
Discard - Informations may sometimes be lost, but that can also clean up the text if an error occurs.
Buffs - Poets can take inspiration from books they read.
Removal - In a library, you must remain silent. Obey this rule or else get expeled!
Cost Reduction - Digging in books faster at a cheap price? Count them in!
Limitations
Agression - To read and find inromation fast, you need to BE fast.
Survivability - Some medicine can't hurt if it means to find information more precisely.
Mill - Your opponent is also encouraged to read on a regular basis.
Weaknesses
Spell Damage - While interrupting silence will get you kicked, you won't get vanquished. Yes, they don't have any form of damage to heroes and even minions (!).
RNG - Archivists must be precise. They musn't allow mistakes to happen. They happen, but they should be quickly eliminated.
It is incosistent due to the easy diffculty of countering it. But this could lead to a base for maybe a control Paladin that uses Togwaggle as a win con?
I'd say Beast Caller or Pond Kepper Mrrgluh are your safest bets, because I identify Rallying Imp as a way to speedrun these Mecha'thun Warlocks.

Not again. Don't tell me I got so close to being in the final.

@KANSAS - what about making the Corrupted version deal Battlecry damage only to your opponent?

The first pages only show the uncollectible PvE content, but unfortunately, all of the collectible cards seem to be doubled.
