Uninspiring. Such a small effect. Lackey is random, compared to Warlock's Sinister Deal. Only worth playing because I think Rogue's Galakrond will be extremely good.
Dumb but fun. Getting a hand or deck full or legendaries with Rafaam is one thing, and usually isn't even great. This is just ... for fun only, I think.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who would hate to see a resurgence of pirate warrior. That deck was very high-rolly depending on your draws, and this would help that. However, not a powerful weapon in itself.
Interesting, since a lot of priest decks WANT to damage their own minions, I guess you could run it in a non-dragon priest that focuses on drawing with Cleric and buffing Lightwarden.
Oh yeah, that's right. Onyxia is the last dragon from the classic set not to be reprinted for this expansion, so we should be seeing her soon, right? I just thought Hunter was the class for her, since Ysera, Malygos and Nozdormu went to the other 3 Explorer classes.
Dragon Soul never saw much play, so hard to say that this will. And a 2/5 can be removed much more easily than a weapon. Could do some big stuff though.
Say you have Brann Bronzebeard on the board, or better yet, you've played a Murmuring Elemental or used your hero power after completing Corrupt the Waters. Would Deathwing's second battlecry destroy himself? I'm sure we could all chime in with whether we think it would work or not, but I'd like to know if anyone has actually tried this, or seen it happen.
Very good turn 1 play, especially if you go first. Not a massive card, but stick something magnetic on it and you can potentially snowball hard in the early game.
I like the design. The deliberate arrangement of invoke first to summon the imps, followed by the buff makes it significantly better than it would have been the other way around. Odd, though, as it could be a finisher with a wide enough board, while invoking Galakrond is more of a long game plan.
Hats off to Shadows for the very entertaining (and no doubt 100% accurate) analysis!
3 mana 3/4 with beast tag is good. There are many ways to get a bunch of these so this could be very strong.
Seems ok. Random is always ... random. There will be plenty of boards against which you would love to play this. Also, Corrupt the Waters?

Solid card, plus draw for hunter. Good synergy with Hyena, if that starts seeing play again.

Looks really good to me, and I love that it's something that hasn't been done before.
Oh yeah, "other" minions. Nevermind. Thanks friends. Close thread.

I dig it! Solid stats and a potentially great effect. So, we're just waiting on a new Onyxia for Hunter, I assume?

Why? A new way to win with Mecha'thun of course.
It's Sprint, either slightly better or slightly worse, depending on whether you're holding a dragon. I guess it's okay?

Obviously combos with Hounds and Lynxes, but I wonder if hunters might actually run Wild Pyromancer to support this?
Yeah man, that's what I was thinking. Buff this dude up and you've got something to deal with.

I like this one. Not super powerful, but definitely strong. Great with Brann in wild, especially since so many dragons have battlecries.
