I wish I could watch Regis stream some Snap, but he doesn't appear to be available. So I guess it'll sit on mute in the background? I could always learn about someone new...
Yeah I initially thought Blackrock being the highlighted family at the same time Thaurissan becomes available was good fortune...but the OoG guild ain't gonna unlock him in time D: We'll have to wait until the season is nearly over to upgrade him!
With a new Season in just a couple hours, there's never been a better time to check the game out...and join the guild, of course! Trying to maintain a fun and friendly environment: you don't have to be a social butterfly, per se, but if we were looking for Silent Sallys we'd just open up the floodgates and let in randoms lol.
Hopefully Raids will open soon, as well, and we welcome any new blood who wants to work on those too! Again, we just need your username so Flux or I can accept your invite request.
I own a PlayStation, so I won't be able to play this without a PC version, but it's still really cool to see and I hope it lives up to any hype. And the voice impression is great!
It's a solid reward for Excavate Paladin...but what about Shaman? If you play The Azerite Murloc before Finley, Finley will be Evolved and his effect lost. But the longer you wait on the ultimate payoff, the less opportunities you have to benefit from the Mana-cheating. Not to mention all the other synergistic minions you'll be transforming.
You're taking a deck that wants cohesiveness and turning it into randomness; that is pretty stupid anti-synergy.
It's like Blast Charge in-that you can't really get going without quickly finding a suitable target. If you're saving it for lethal shenanigans, the Excavate is A. a waste, and/or B. must come from somewhere else to reach the Dragon in a reasonable timeframe.
Not the best Excavate card in my opinion. You'd want to get to your Azerite Murloc quickly to run them down with Evolved minions, but it might take forever to find a suitable target...or you're blasting something small, which is a gigantic waste.
A smaller cost (with less damage) would have been more preferable; like a modern Stormcrack.
The Azerite Murloc is Evolving ALL of your minions: that includes the ones in hand and in your deck. The cost-retention means that a 2-Cost Kobold Miner would become a random 5-Cost minion, but still cost 2 to play. Like Deck of Lunacy, but for minions.
Kinda bummed with the Azerite Murloc, 'cause it doesn't go well with Finley (who would be erased if you didn't already use him), or Vashj (who would be erased if she wasn't already on board). And it's not like you can bounce it, either, for a super-Evolve outcome: once you've committed to it, most of your other synergy cards and whatnot are gone.
The Azerite Dragon is wayyyy easier to utilize, and synergizes with the other Excavate cards: bigger Finley, bigger Fossilized Kaleidosaur, bigger minions for Windfury + Divine Shield, etc.
Super cool art; I hope it does well so I have an excuse to run the card. I fear the Deathrattle could be too ineffective for the cost, though: it's awesome if you get two 3-Cost minions that match your gameplan, but what if you get two 1-Cost Deathrattles that don't help you at all?
Smite was one of those games I was considering playing just to try - even installed it - but I never got to it. I don't have anything inherently against MOBAs, but League of Legend's toxicity was just too much for me.
Two weeks into 2024 and I've broken my resolution to spend less on games and non-essential stuff. I was really down yesterday and bought Roboquest on Steam - it's like Gunfire Reborn in that they're both roguelike FPSes with RPG elements. In my brief time playing it Roboquest feels much faster and more fluid, and has a story whereas GR does not.
If you like looter-shooters such as my favorite, Borderlands, then consider Roboquest as a roguelite version of that.
My PMV drop was a stupid Ronin Hawkeye; I'm so disappointed.

Let's Go, Eevee!, when Let's Go, Pikachu! exists? It's okay, being wrong sometimes isn't the end of the world :P

Weird amount of time showcasing the guy talking, instead of, you know, gameplay footage.
Just give me Ragnaros already!
I don't own it myself, but I am impressed with its popularity/player numbers considering it's still an Early Access game.

"Let the handbuffing and Armor gain commence!" - Warrior, probably.

It's even worse for the Shaman, as neither this or Digging Straight Down are immediately playable like say, Cryopreservation or Reap What You Sow.

"Did you get that, Lawrence?!"
"You put the 'wit' in 'twit', sir."
"...I do, don't I?"
Neutral Al'Akir when? You could go further and play as a Ragnaros skin, turn into Al'Akir, the Winds of Time, then summon the other two lol
Is the dream scenario to draw Crypt Keeper and be able to play it on the same turn, plus gain 8 Armor, on turn 3?
