This is a strong, aggressive 1-Drop. If aggro Warrior is a thing this definitely makes it into that deck. It could fit into mid-Warrior, as well. This is definitely not a Control Warrior card.
I think there's no question that this is worse than original Kazakus, mainly because those golems are pretty underwhelming. I like what the card lets you do, however. I'm fairly certain I'm going to craft it on day 1 and jam it into as many decks as I can over the next two years.
I like that it's a Spiteful Summoner with card draw, and that can be pretty good. I think the biggest issue is that 10-Cost spells will often summon one of the Darkmoon Old Gods, none of which have very good stats. It's a decent build around, and might help us see the resurgence of minion-heavy big spell decks.
Worst Watch Post. Requires you to have some minions on board, and for your opponent to have spells to cast. This doesn't even approach the point that usually when you have a board of minions the spells your opponent casts are of the removal variety. It might be a nice way to threaten spell-heavy decks that want to cast a lot of spells that don't interact with the board, but there's way too many conditionals standing in its way.
Best Watch Post, in my opinion. Seems like it could be a tech card in certain metas and certain decks like how Ogremancer came in as a way to counter Weapon Rogue. It probably isn't going to be very strong, but there's always a chance.
A very weird tech card that doesn't actually solve any problems. The best thing about it is that now you know what your opponent's Secrets are, which makes them easier to play around...but you still have to play around them and now you've paid 3 Mana just to find out what they are. In most cases, I'd rather take a good guess than put this in a deck. If Horde Operative sees more than occasional play, that means the meta needs some serious adjusting.
I'm probably way higher on this card than I should be. I like the Poisonous, I love the Discover effect. It's probably more of an Arena standout than something that will ever make a difference in Standard, but there's always a chance it finds a way in some decks. As much as I hate to say it, I'm not sure if this ever makes the cut in a serious deck.
I really like this card. It's a much cheaper, much better Violet Teacher for a class that never really made use of these kinds of strategies before. It's incredibly powerful, and might just show up in aggressive lists because it threatens to turn spells into Rush minions. I would like to see some lists actually built around it, but that might be too much of a stretch.
This is better as a BG minion, where minion-to-minion combat is obviously much more common. I think this is probably too expensive and difficult to trigger to make it into good decks.
Watchpost payoff is...underwhelming. I like that the Watchposts have something that you want to build around, but the deck probably feels a bit too restrictive to build for you to have a lot of fun playing around with the archetype. As far as meme rankings go, I would put this below Toss Warlock but above Handbuff Hunter.
Really good for annoying your opponent, but unlike Tickatus, you also pay the price. You're not running this unless you're in Toss Warlock and you're probably not playing Toss Warlock unless you're really looking to meme.
Lakkari Sacrifice meets Chef Nomi. Like the sacrifice, this seems to fit into decks that burn away a lot of their cards in pursuit of "infinite value." I like that it doesn't have to be run in those kinds of decks (you could just run it in an ultra-control Warlock that naturally reaches fatigue, if such a thing ever exists) but it's highly unlikely this sees play in anything other than Toss Warlock. My personal feeling is that Toss Warlock will be too inconsistent and too heavy on getting rid of its own cards to be any good.
I like what this card does, but then again I've always been a sucker for cards that replace themselves while doing something else. Can be good early game removal that finds you another relevant tool. Solid card. Not busted, just good.
Rez Warrior! I'm sure there are some powerful Frenzy minions that Saurfang can bring back, and Warrior definitely has the ability to stall the game out with removal and Armor gain to find their finishers. I don't think this works as any deck's finisher, but if you're already a Control Warrior running a handful of good Frenzies he can be worth a look.
Buffs that apply themselves randomly aren't generally that good. I guess in the late game this gets better, but I'm not sure how willing I would be to take a gamble on such a risk to actually put this card in any deck. If you're something like Silver Hands and manage to stick a board this could in some ways be like a pseudo-Savage Roar finisher, I guess.
I think it should be pretty easy to get the cost of this down to 4 or less, and at that cost it's pretty dang good even if it is only extra stats. I could definitely see there being a spell/combo buff priest in the meta. The deck likely won't be as strong as some other things that Priest could do, but I'll definitely play it.
It's an OK Secret. Best thing it has going for it is that it's hard to trigger, which makes cards that care about having Secrets that much better. Otherwise, it's probably not the best Secret to have in your deck.
Good curve play for Elemental decks, an all-star for those kinds of strategies. I like Elemental decks, and I definitely want to play with this card to see what it brings to the archetype.

Random buffs that force you to jump through hoops to get them...No, I don't think I'll ever want to put this in a deck. Not good.

It's decent, but probably not what I want from a 2-Drop in Constructed. I don't think this will be in any decks in the coming years.
