It Burns When I APM

Just Old Obvious creating more overengineered nightmare-to-pilot lists. Forever chasing the elusive mayfly of a viable Mozaki list. The idea & wincon hasn't shifted a whole lot - just tried to optimize it more around active mana reduction with some backup plans instead of relying on the highroll with Vanndar Stormpike as previous iterations did.

Vexallus is nice to have if you're going the Arcane Bolt route but with Mozaki it's a bit awkward because you need to include Elemental Evocation to make his cost reasonable. Hand size & overdrawing is also a concern (read: he can and will plow through your list if you don't pay attention to how many cards Cram Session is up to).

With the printing of Rewind the importance of Solid Alibi is a bit diminished. You can potentially get more Ice Block out of Rewind which can be just outright unfair. It is Wild - if the potential for being unfair isn't there? Your list won't go far. Nevertheless, if you want to include it by all means do.

Emperor Thaurissan being reduced to 5 mana opens a lot of doors for this list. Sometimes you just bluntly can't get your mana reducers to show up when you need them. As well as allow for mana reduction that you've been lacking he can stop 4 damage from going face and provide some disruption protection as well. It does clutter up what you can pull from Taelan Fordring but honestly? He is too versatile to say 'no' to.

Infinitize the Maxitude leaves too much up to guess work. That is better suited to a Sif list.

tl;dr:

Reduce your spells with Incanter's Flow, Siphon Mana or, Emperor Thaurissan.

Use what defensive tools you have to stall to get Mozaki, Master Duelist online and Reverberations on her (if you need the reach). Conjure Mana Biscuit as well as Refreshing Spring Water (if available) are how you mana cheat / refresh. Use Cram Session wisely once 'Mo has some teeth on her spell damage value.

Runed Orb (unused / discovered copies of) Siphon Mana and my favorite bad gimmick card, Ignite are your show stoppers.
