Broom "Yogg" Paladin
We've got dudes, we've got spells, and we've got the magical Animated Broomstick to get sweet value out of our buffed up board. We'll most likely be casting our Librams and making use of Lady Liadrin to get them back so we can reach the 10 spells required to spin the wheel of Yogg.
Secret "Saron" Rogue
C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER! Hopefully not though because this deck relies heavily on abusing cheap cards and the Combo keyword for insane value. Rogues have always been a tricky class, combing their spells so the addition of Yogg-Saron in this deck is a no-brainer as a way to clear out the game.
"Master" Clown Druid
The newest archetype to join the Druid clan, Clown Druid comes from its namesake, Carnival Clown, the card that floods the board if you can pull off the corrupt combo. With Druid, and its favourite Survival of the Fittest spell coming in at 10 mana, this clears the Corrupt requirement with ease and allows us to follow up the next turn with a board full of 8/8 minions with taunt.
But what about Yogg? Backup plan! Or just there in case we don't pull off the clown combo but we've played all our beautiful cheap spells as a Yogg activator.
Secret Mage "of Fate"
Yogg has a secret that he doesn't want everyone to know - he's a really fun card! Mages, like Rogues, are another spell-happy class so it makes sense that we'd see a Mage deck show up on the list. We've got some insane card draw potential with the new Sayge, Seer of Darkmoon which makes getting through the deck easy, thinning it out to pave way for Zephrys the Great if we want to fall back on him.

Clown Druid is, like the name, pretty awesome..
Going to have to try the Druid list. I need my “board full of clowns” acheivement!!
Okay, five games into trying this and I finally get the board full of 8/8 taunting clowns. But I'm playing against Galakrond Warlock so all it takes him is 1 mana to clear it all...
I must have the worst luck, drawing nothing but cards that cost 7+ until there is nothing but cheap stuff left in my deck. Which makes me think this Clown Druid must be related to Pennywise from IT. Because it promised me lots of fun, but really it just drug me down into the sewer where I got eaten alive!
But at least I got the achievement for a board full of clowns!

I like your list as well so I'm gonna make a combination of the two decks. I'll go with your inclusion of Togwaggle, but I really don't get why you pick Dragon's Hoard instead of Wand Thief? As for Eviscerate & Adventurers or some more Secrets, I have to try them out and think about it.
Dragons hoard feels amazing with so many good legendaries I've never really got any bad choices from it I just won a game getting a ysera from it then shadowstepping and getting 14 dragons shuffled. I won a game from getting tickatus I corrupted it with yogg then used tenwu on it to make them mill 10

Yeah and you can always shadowstep for more lackeys. Sometimes you don't draw togg but you don't really need him but he has won me games.
This deck is amazing against control to me but it can get really close against aggro
