Which Quest you'd hate to get

Simply put - If you can guarantee that 1 of the 9 quests will not be your free Legendary Quest, which one would that be?
For me personally, I'd love anything except the Hack the System , because I don't see myself going for weapon oriented warrior.

none for me tbh because sooner or later I will craft all of them because I will wonder if it is fun enough or not.
I have even crafted The Last Kaleidosaur after it rotates. :)
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
Hack the System, Raid the Sky Temple and Making Mummies, which are the worst three in my opinion.
If I had to choose, Hack the System.
Spice Lord and self-proclaimed Meme Master.
The only Quests i'd receive gladly (because i'd try to make them work in Wild to at least average wr) are Priest, Druid, Rogue.
All the others are either uninteresting to me, or sadly meme tier (especially in Wild).
I will go with Making Mummies. Even though I would gladly play an N'zoth deck in wild, paladin is one of my least played classed, I lack a lot of good cards there and this quest will be very underwhelming in both formats, since it forces me to run a lot of mediocre reborn minions.
I have other quests, which I don't want to obtain as well - Bazaar Burglary (not really interested in tempo thief rogue), Unseal the Vault and maybe Hack the System, because "I don't see myself going for weapon oriented warrior" either.
For me, I think the only quest I would hate to receive (and it pains me to say this) is Supreme Archaeology and Warlock is my favorite class to play :(
I honestly am not certain if a deck with Plot Twist can fully utilize it's potential as of right now
I'd love to experiment with Making Mummies , making tiny Tirion Fordring mummies would only be the beginning of the meme quest :D
Supreme Archaeology takes 2nd spot on the least wanted list for me.
Look my signature, I don't think it will work but I will enjoy so much times with this deck. :) It's a fun deck, not a competitive one but you can try if you have/and will get the cards. :)
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
Don't really want Bazaar Burglary because I enjoy playing pure Tesspionage Rogue with 2 Spectral Cutlasses rather than Tempo Rogue. However I wouldn't be mad since it's obviously pretty broken from the outset.
Ditto with all of the above that I can't see Hack the System being any good.
All the rest seem like they could be viable in the right context or at least would be fun to play around with.
Raid the Sky Temple
From all the new quest I think its the waekest
I would hate the mage one seems pointless really.. Make doesn't lack ways to beat control.
Hoping for shaman or priest quests
I did just the same thing. But before the rotation. From time to time I still play with Galvadon. :)
I am less excited for Supreme Archaeology and Ras the Sky Temple, but wont feel bad with any of them
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
Raid the Sky Temple , Hack the System , Supreme Archaeology and Activate the Obelisk (althogh this one looks powerful but priest is my least played class)\
the one im really hoping to get is Corrupt the Waters im so excited to play some sort of jade cthun reno shaman in wild
I would go with the mage, priest, or rogue one. simply because I don't have any other cards for those classes. but if I had to chose one it would probably be the priest one, priest is by far my least favorite class.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
I don't care about some playable cards. Some may look terrible, but I'll play them all anyway, the reason is that there are playable ones than some garbage legendary cards in the past. So this will be my first expansion to craft almost all the cards, even for a horrible meme one like Desert Obelisk.
I personally like this expansion a lot, so I'm going to support this expansion than any other, and start playing all classes for the first time instead of main-ing a few ones.
Most excited to least excited:
Corrupt the Waters
Untapped Potential
-----------------------------
Bazaar Burglary
Raid the Sky Temple
Activate the Obelisk
-----------------------------
Making Mummies
Unseal the Vault
Hack the System
Supreme Archaeology
I’m really hoping not to get any quests at first because the legendaries seem so much better.
The quests have been quite underwhelming, but that’s not a complaint. Rather just an observation.
if I had to choose, then I probably say Unseal the Vault because hunter simply doesnt need it.
I don't care for the hunter, paladin, and warlock quests.
The one i want the most is the druid quest, followed by priest. I don't think the warrior quest is actually strong but I do kind of want it for an aggro/tempo warrior im messing with.
Least Excited
1. Making Mummies. This quest is just bad lol, nothing much to say about it.
2. Hack the System Doctor Boom is just so much better than this, I don't think this will see any play at all.
Most Excited
1. Supreme Archaeology I can't wait to play with this thing. I am going in a spam Legendaries from Rafaam direction, not a Bertrug one, so this fits my plans perfectly.
... am I just weird?
This ain't no place for a hero

I'd hate to get Warlock's,Paladin's,Hunter's or Warrior's... They're either bad or boring cards so I'd be pretty disappointed if I got one of those cards...
I'm neutral on Priest's,Rogue's and Mage's... Priest's is bland but at least it's a good card and Rogue's and Mage's are good for memes...
I'd be okay with Shaman's to mess with Shudderwock and would be happy to get Druid's...
"この 先は 暗い 夜道 だけが も 知らない それでも信じて 進むんだ 星が その道 を 少し でも 照らしてくをるのを"
[Hearthstone Card (Raid the sky) Not Found] looks super boring to me, all the others at least look interesting
Casual Wild player's perspective, from most wanted to least:
Corrupt the Waters - Finally I won't have to include Emperor Thaurissan or Murmuring Elemental to guarantee endless chain of Shudderwocks? Please, come to my collection, my Da Undatakah, Majordomo Executus, C'Thun and Yogg-Saron, Hope's End await you!
Bazaar Burglary - Pretty easy to complete, powerful reward with all available Rogue's removal tools. In pure Thief Rogue Spectral Cutlass is still better, but I'm sure that this card will find its place in SoU meta.
Activate the Obelisk - Heal Zoo Priest? Or maybe just build a Taunt wall? I think that this Quest's reward is the most flexible one - if you want to just heal hero, this is an upgrade of basic hero power, if you want to bolster your defence give your Taunt minion +3/+6, if you want to gain advantage on board or straightforward go face, this may be a 3 damage burst or removal. Thanks to this card Injured Kvaldir and Injured Blademaster with their new friend - Injured Tol'vir may shine again.
Untapped Potential - I'm glad that I didn't decide to craft Fandral Staghelm. Quite useful card in slow Druid builds.
Unseal the Vault - Although I love playing Hunter in all variations, I am a bit scary about this Quest's potential in Mech Hunter. With [Hearthstone Card (SN1P-SN3P) Not Found], Explodinator and Replicating Menace this deck may have now an explosive finish not relying on drawing [card[Metaltooth Reaper.
Raid the Sky Temple - It is a pity that we can't play two Quests at the same time, because Mage (and probably Hunter) would possibly play both in the same deck. This one might be implemented in Burn decks to find another burst damage, maybe (I doubt it) in Control as an additional value?
Supreme Archaeology - I will definitely try it when I will get it, but I miss too many precious Warlock's legendaries to make this work properly.
Hack the System - Personally I don't like Warrior as a class, maybe because of flashbacks of old Pirate Warrior. I appreciate encouraging players to try slower builds of Weapon synergy Warrior, but it doesn't convince me.
Making Mummies - The reward is really good (I love Reno N'Zoth decks), but since Reborn is expansion related keyword I am afraid that this Quest requires running at least 6 suboptimal cards, which will get worse over time. Besides Khartut Defender and Ancestral Guardian, maybe Bone Wraith I don't see any Reborn cards playable in slower Quest deck.
Making Mummies looks really bad. Unless there is some cool unthought of yet combo, being forced to play about 10 understated minions in midrangy deathrattle deck is dodgy. Other than that... Hack the System + Fool's Bane is a funny Wild combo. Raid the Sky Temple is an interesting value generator, not good, but not bad either. Activate the Obelisk can probably enable some midrange tempo deck. Everything else seems fine.
This deck is cool. Play it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Have to agree with that bottom four. Unseal the Vault and Hack the System are neck and neck for the worst one for me: the Hunter one is just very uninteresting to me (both quest and reward) and I'm super doubtful that the Warrior one would be at all good (especially since Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is still in Standard). Making Mummies and Supreme Archaeology could at least be somewhat interesting to tinker with (at least for me).
Making Mummies since it forces you to play a lot of mediocre reborn minions. Not really sure why they thought it was a good idea to make a quest based around a one-off mechanic.
It leaves very little room for experimentation since the pool of cards to choose from for completing it are and always will be so limited. Practically guarantees that any Mummy paladin decks will be forced to contain the same set of the whatever the most viable reborn minions will be.
Oh yeah, these Forum Signatures are a thing.
I too hope I don't get the warrior quest in my pack .

The warlock quest looks like the worst kind of trash and if I get it golden, i'm auto-dusting
Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
Raid the Sky Temple is the only one I don't at least have interesting ideas for. Some of the others might be weaker, but I'd still like to try them.
Definitely crafting Corrupt the Waters if I don't open it.
It's pretty good in Plot Twist Warlock, but the deck itself isn't :P
Jade shaman yeah, C'Thun shaman sure, but Jade C'Thun Reno Shaman? :) I'd focus on improving one Tribe. And making it singleton doesn't help.
/Topic
I'm not into Quests overall, but I don't like Unseal the Vault most.
I never apologize… I’m sorry but that’s the way I am.
Switching Untapped Potential and Activate the Obelisk and this is maybe exact thoughts as well. Although the priest and shaman ones look like so much fun to me
Switching Untapped Potential and Activate the Obelisk and this is my exact thoughts as well. Although the priest and shaman ones look like so much fun to me
Untapped Potential because I hate wasted mana XP
In terms of power level I think it's a hard quest to activate until late game. Leaving mana sitting around on the board in the first few turns is generally a good way to get roflstamped by aggro. It's also the most specific 'build around' card besides the Paladin. I feel like in standard if there is a functional deck that uses it then it will include the same 28/30 cards every time.
Oh really? I want this card!
I've been here a while; just hanging out in the background.
Hack the System makes me hate Dr. Boom even more than I already do. I actually think it looks really interesting, but it's so much worse than his Hero Powers that it's pointless. When Dr. Boom finally leaves, we'll also lose Sul'thraze. Grumble grumble.
On topic, the worst Quest has to be Unseal the Vault. It's too slow for the Hero Power you get.
A man is lying on the street, some punks chopped off his head
I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
Probably Warlock, as it is my least played class. But honestly, I think I'll gladly try a deck with any of them jyst because they look a lot more flexible than the previous round wa.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
really want priest shaman druid
don't much care rogue warrior hunter
don't want at all warlock mage paladin
Unseal the Vault
It's just so... boring. Summoning 20 minions is like... the least class-specific quest yet. I feel no urge to deckbuild around it because the requirements are quite literally built into ANY regular hunter gameplay already. Now, most other quests work in a similar way, but this one goes a step further by making the reward boring too. If the reward was interesting, like Raid the Sky Temple or even Supreme Archaeology, I'd forgive it, but like this it just sparks no interest in me.
Hack the System comes close, because, once more, the reward and the quest itself are boring.
All other quests are fair game because, even if they are bad, I can think of decks to build around them, and that's really all I ask for with these sort of build-around legendaries: make them either fun to complete and build around, or make their reward fun in itself.
Psst! Hey, you want to play a couple of fun (albeit pointless) gamebooks? Become a king here, and a babysitter here.
Don't like Bazaar Burglary for it's simple reward, it is amazing, but nothing that I would love to play myself.
Activate the Obelisk cause I hate Priest! It is a very good reward but, I rarely play Priest in standard, unless I find it interesting.
Making Mummies seems ok if you can pull it off but it seems very unreliable once the board gets messed up from your side. Your hero power does not help if it isn't a minion that can effect the board presence against your opponent. So I don't want this one.
I am most excited for Supreme Archaeology, for it's shenanigans.
Corrupt the Waters is probably a card I may play cause it very good, and an option if my other decks fails.
After watching some streams Untapped Potential seems awesome to trying out.
Other cards seems decent enough for my portion.
The one I want least Making Mummies since it's presumably locked to cards within a single expansion. And a lot of those cards suck.
I hope I get Corrupt the Waters the most. Warlock, priest and mage look pretty good too.
I've got the Supreme Archaeology and at first I was disappointed, thinking that the mana cost for drawing cards will be zero not the cards.
Now, I see a good potential, at least for meme and fun decks and yes with Rafam can be a deck like this. I hope we will find a list somehow good also for winning games :)
I hoped, and it was the 2nd one I unpacked. :(
In fact I barely unpacked any legos I wanted. Long road to get all that I wanted from this xpac. Very disappointed :(
I never play Warlock, Mage or Priest, and they all look relatively weak, so I hope I don't get those.
I'm lacking a good number of Shaman and Druid cards, so if I get those, I'll have to break the bank to make a deck out of them.
I LOVE burgle Rogue and Tess, so I will be over the moon if I get Bazaar Burglary.
Making Mummies actually doesn't seem too bad. From what I've seen on the pre-release streams, Kripp had a lot of success with a Mech/reborn build, often able to complete the quest very early and snowball a lead with infinitely buffed mechs.
Nobody else seems interested in it, but I wouldn't mind Hack the System. I enjoy playing Warrior (I know, sue me) and I think it may be able to work.
???
Raid the Sky Temple, mostly because I never play Mage. Of course, it's one of the quests I unpacked...
Unseal the Vault is another, mostly because it looks like the weakest quest out there.
Here are the quests I want to play, in order:
1) Corrupt the Waters
2) Hack the System
3) Untapped Potential
4) Bazaar Burglary
5) Activate the Obelisk
6) Supreme Archaeology
7) Raid the Sky Temple
8) Making Mummies
9) Unseal the Vault
Don't you prefer to clone Arcmage Vargoth? turn 10 vargoth + clone, than consacration or blessing of might on a clear board of course..
Almost all of them are so weak or borring to play, i want only Corrupt the Waters and Untapped Potential. Plus Priest quest, and i don't think it's good, but coz of priest main, and i must try it. Other - pls, rng don t give me this bad quests, who will be in my collection 2 years without any usage.
trust me i know its bad (shaman is my most played class i already played all sort of crazy shaman decks)
but at least its fun for me
[Hearthstone Card (Supreme Archeology) Not Found] definitely seems to be underwhelming compared to the other quests
Probably Warrior and Warlock for me, since none of the decks that would include them interest me.

Most liked to least liked (3 buckets)
Corrupt the Waters
Bazaar Burglary
Untapped Potential
-----------------------------
Raid the Sky Temple
Activate the Obelisk
Supreme Archaeology
-----------------------------
Making Mummies
Unseal the Vault
Hack the System
Hmm i tinker with everything but if i ned to order it would be like that.
I would be fine to get:
Corrupt the Waters Shaman is a main class (and my first one i focused a year on). I also love battlecry and made dedicated decks so ...
Activate the Obelisk I like flexibility and i have nice preist deck option in my sleeves. That one is powerful, maybe even the best all around quest of the edition.
Making Mummies Deemed bad by most. But Paladin became my main class and i see possibilities. Maybe most reborn minions are a bit meh but i will try.
Untapped Potential Fits my flexible playstyle well. I always love choose and discover so if i get it i will try.
-----------------------------
I don´t care too much about:
Bazaar Burglary Powerful but not my style. Battlecry shark deck type fit me but that one also smells mainstreem and i dislike that.
Supreme Archaeology If i get it i will play around a bit due to fun of it. But warlock is not my class. It´s also very specific and seems unreliable as deck option.
Hack the System Warrior is one my most sucessful classes but this quest doesn´t convince me to make an intresting deck out of it that´s also good.
Raid the Sky Temple That quest feels bad. I don´t see it competative. OK for fun decks though.
Unseal the Vault Most booring quest ever ...
You're guaranteed to get one free
Please, no Raid the Sky Temple. I'd be okay with any of the others. When it comes to my free Legendary(ies) at the start of an expansion, however, it's almost always a Rogue card, so... guess I'll be trying Quest Rogue first.
Same here, i dont't play shaman so hoping to net get it... and with the other 8 i think the mage quest seems the less fun/strong/nice to play... but will see there is always someone who managed to find a way to make something better than we think !!
The Pleasure is Mine !!!
Probably hack the System then, since it forces a requirement to load your deck with weapons which become dead cards in your hand if you are already wielding one
Well, the Quest i dislike the most is Hack the System so far, because i do not like the idea about a "Weapon Warrior" of some kind ...
a close Second for me is Unseal the Vault - but if i would get them i still would try them instead of disenchanting!
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
After seeing some of the streamers try out the new Quests ... Hack the System is probably the only quest that I haven't seen. It's safe to say that its probably the quest that people are the least excited about.
I'm guessing Warrior got this quest to balance out the current infinite value train that it is.
The Priest one becuase it seems every free legendary I get when a new expanison releases is the Priest Legndary. The only exception is The Boomsday Project when I got Dr. Boom, Mad Genius. This is no joke, this has happened all the way back to Kolbolds and Catacombs when I got Dragon Soul as the free Legendary Weapon.
anything aside from Shaman or Rogue is kinda pointless...at least for now.
Druid is good, but has no win condition.
In other words, we're probably gonna have another Un'goro at our hands until they break the meta back into place via nerfs
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Hack the System or Unseal the Vault for me.
Not that I play it but I'm going to go out on a limb and say Bomb Warrior will still be the more competitive deck if you're picking warrior simply because of Dr. Boom, Mad Genius.
Hunter is probably my least played class hence no vault unsealing for me.
I gotta say Supreme Archaeology. I think it's only really viable when used along with Plot Twist so it's not very versatile. Though I did really like one of the suggestions I saw here to use Tome of Origination to try to draw Glinda Crowskin. Then you could use her echo effect to fill the board with Mogu Cultist. Seems like a fun thing to try, but very meme
