Reminds me of [card]spirit lash[/card] there are a lot of swarmy decks where 1 damage is just good enough.. you can also amplify it with [card]bloodmage thalnos[/card], good card will surely see play, specially if token druid is still popular.

This card is really really good, saw some priest lists running [card]holy smite[/card] just for the lack of options, this one is a 2 mana 3 damage card, standard really.

In constrructed-> shaman quest and.. yep that's it.
