Seems like a really situational card, but i feel like it's going to be a must-include in Y'Shaarj, the Defiler decks because of the free 7 drops. Also in priest it's very easy to corrupt this, as priest generally has multiple big removal spells or they have Galakrond in hand, ready to be played on turn 7. (And the obvious turn 5 Convincing Infiltrator) Now that i think about it, Auspicious Spirits reminds me a lot of Free From Amber, which was often a must include back when it was in standard. Sure Auspicious Spirits summons a random 7 drop instead of a discovered 8 drop, but at least Auspicious Spirits can be played multiple times from Y'Shaarj, the Defiler.
Wild: Not sure if it's that good. Ress/Big priest doesn't want this as it's too inconsistant, but i feel like Raza priest might experiment with it at the very least. But i feel like they will drop the card after a few days and pretent it doesn't exist.
Worst pull for wild is Lynessa Sunsorrow. The card is worded in a way that the summoned minion doesn't have to be a priest/neutral minion, I believe. Needless to say, this means the higroll potential is much higher, with cards like Marsh Hydra, for example.
Start playing 0 mana Palm Reading for an infinite loop
You'd accomplish virtually nothing out of it though unless there was a Nazmani Bloodweaver on board and an OTK combo in hand. But, even then, the chances of this OTK would be minimal. Cards can't discover themselves because of Nature Studies, which can go infinite by itself. Still, nice math problem you gave me, so thanks.
Injured Blademaster can be a 3 mana 4/7 on turn 3. THis guy can only be that on turn 5+, where 4/7s fall more in line with the size of minions being played. Now don't get me wrong, Fairground Fool still looks like an amazing card, it's just not as game breaking as it looks though.
Ah yes, the baseline for combo priests for the next year. Not amazing, but not terrible either. I somehow expect this to see more play in wild though, seems like an interesting card to add to Highlander Priest for extra free pings.
This minion can allow Rez Priests to run a more deathrattle heavy package outside of Convincing Infiltrator and Invalid Deck ID. I can honestly see the deck run Reliquary of Souls as an anti-fatigue tech and one copy of Scrapyard Colossus for extra value. Rez priest already did what Big Warrior can do but better, this is just extra.
This is one depressingly bad card. If you're going to give the opponent a curve, at least have the decency of actually having a good keyword, like Rush or Divine Shield.
So, both Nightmare Amalgam and the Amalgam token say "This is an Elemental, Mech, Demon, Murloc, Dragon, Beast, Pirate and Totem." Can this card's text be considered and 'Consistently Inconsistent' for bingo purposes?
I see this card fitting in Quest Shaman. Between the fact the battlecry minions tend to be understatted to the fact that Revolve can upgrade your board somewhat while shutting down buffs and minions that synergise with each other (and Libram of Wisdoms). It's not a removal card. It's disruption. And it's disruption I'm perfectly happy to receive from Wandmaker and Cobalt Spellkin.
There is not need whatsoever for a Dragon Murloc deck. There is however a very good case for aggro Murloc Paladin to tutor out Scalelord. And considering Murloc Paladin is actually not awful (it's not amazing either though), having the chance to tutor out the deck's best win more card is really good.
The deck that could slot this in already has a much better version of this card in Reno the Relicologist. I guess Mask of C'Thun can be used as a Pyroblast like effect for tempo decks. Actually, yeah, I think that's this card main selling point. It's two Cinderstorms wrapped into one card and Cinderstorm actually saw some play.
Howdy. Just want to say I completed the achievement "Ride together, Die together" by having 3 Khartut Defenders as a Priest.
Il'gynoth and Blood of G'huun. I guess the game is trying to tell me that my approach should on the "fun and interactive" side for this expansion.
Someone, quick, I don't have time to explain, just make a deck where the only minion is Stonetusk Boar.

If they could, Priest could go on an endless Palm Reading loop for 7 mana:

Time to dust off my Reckless Rocketeer OTK Priest, now with possibly no need for a Galakrond package to reduce mana.

4 mana Khartut Defenders. Or 6 mana Catrina Muertes. Or virtually anything you se an average of 7 times in any game you play against rez Priest.

By far the best target for Feat of Strength. It's 2 mana 10/6. That's broken Kappa
So, hmmm, what's the opposite of power creep called? (and I'm not talking only about Coldlight Oracle, I'm also talking about Fishflinger)
Well, there's Kargath Bladefist, Scion of Ruin, Restless Mummy, Doctor Krastinov and Bloodboil Brute or, as it's known nowadays, literally all of Warrior's Rush minions. All of them are minions you want tutored out and all of them want a +2/+1 buff. And the new ones want the buff as well.
In fact, this card also makes Devoted Maniac look like a good card so, you know, Galakrond Warrior likes it too.

Ivory Knight wasn't very good, but it did see some fringe play. I guess it's a good card to be generated off of Lightforged Crusader.
Animated Avalanche on steroids. In fact, Animated Avalanche with ALL of the steroids. Now let's ignor the fact that Animated Avalanche is not very great.
