My first reaction was that it seems a little expensive. But then I thought, "It's burst, and you can't put a price on killing those pesky back-row units."
For just one more mana, you can play an actual sea monster instead of taking up two board slots with a 0/3 and an ephemeral, both of which are going to die immediately.
If you want an Elusive sea monster, use Fae Guide.
Deny can stop skills -- that's a very important difference.
On one hand, there are a LOT of cheap spells that never get Denied because of the mana disadvantage. But on the other hand, if you really need to Deny a cheap spell, you're going to do it anyway.
Nopeify! still spends a card and takes up a slot in your deck, no matter how cheap it is. That slot is probably better spent on something that costs only slightly more mana and is much, much more broadly useful.
Then again, if this is in my hand when my opponent plays Single Combat or Make it Rain or Unspeakable Horror, I'm probably very happy. And those spells get played a LOT. Not to mention the slow, cheap healing spells just added to Targon.
I guess I have to give this 3 stars for now because it's really hard to judge until I can try it.
I don't know that more randomness was what poro decks needed, but I guess it's slightly interesting that Mighty is no longer the only option if you want something that's not a 1/1.
I suppose the idea here is that you play Freljord and P&Z, which are now the two regions with actual poro synergy. You include this, and hold it until it rolls SpellShield. Then you can play it and actually make a Heart of the Fluft with one or both of the other keywords that matter (Overwhelm and Elusive), and maybe it won't get wrecked by removal or frostbite.
Still seems like it's more trouble than it's worth. There are far more straightforward ways to play finishers with those keywords.
Such a tragedy ... adding a new card type to the game, then releasing nothing but memes of that type.
Landmarks could have made the game interesting, but instead they decided to make it "wacky." Like that "wacky" uncle you really only want to see about twice a year.
Pure Timmy-gasm.

She's even better than I expected!
I like that she heals a little bit every time she attacks, on top of the Rage buff. The generated card is actually bonkers.
That's a very win-more strategy you have there.
Also, P&Z doesn't seem like a great fit for Demacia dragons.
I like Runeterra, and I like some K-pop. But this isn't a chocolate-and-peanut-butter situation.
This is a toothpaste-and-orange-juice situation.
Well, that takes care of the 2-drop slot for the Shyvana deck! Another list that builds itself.
A 3/2 Challenger for 2 mana ... the Demacia dream.
Suck it, Miss Fortune! Suck it, Zed!
Where was this card six months ago when we needed it most?
So much drama could have been avoided.
Perfect Demacia flavor and lore!
And Bannermen just got more annoying. Or should I say "Bannerdragons"?
No idea what Shyvana's like, but Demacia dragons are already nuts with this little dumping.
See? I told you it would be crazy not to have it regions other than Targon.
Hmm ... I wonder if Noxus dragons can be a thing.
Either way, this certainly wreaks havoc on Ionia.
Most of the time, if opponent is not damaging your units, you're not going to need the alt win con.
Not very good, and this won't help.

Nice mix of cards that actually suck and cards that had better suck for the sake of the game.
There was nothing delicate about the Lee Sin buff.
Noxian Guillotine is going to be working overtime once we have this.
Ends games if Star Spring is on board and opponent can't finish off your units, so yes, it definitely had to be a slow spell.
