We’re adding more gold rewards to certain levels of the rewards track.
We’re adding 50 gold to the current rewards for levels 27 and 30. This is a simple change based on the rewards for those levels feeling especially underwhelming, and this helps us inject more gold into the rewards track to address feedback about slower gold earnings.
Regarding this, will it matter if I have collected the gold from 27 to 30?
Currently, I haven't been collecting gold from my rewards track (so I won't be tempted to use). So, I'm wondering if its safer to collect them or not.
Surprised they added "Speed of Play" as a stat. I think the speed in which you play does not significantly affect your performance unless you specifically play APM decks lol.
I hate getting these quests as I don't play arena or BGs.
I with they had a an option in the settings.
Something like:
Quote From No Author Specified
Preferred Game Modes:
Ranked
Battlegrounds
Arena
Duels
So the above sample, the bullet points will be tick boxes. When a box is not ticked, the quest related to that game mode would not spawn. So BG player will unlikely get ranked quests, and a ranked player will unlikely get BG quests.
I mean, I'm not complaining just with the bundle and 15 more pack I've gotten 6 legendaries, which of course could be better, but it's RNG even with the packs, so I'm ok with it.
That's a big understatement lol.
The pity timer is 1 in 40, the average is 1 in 20, 6 in 15 (~1 in 2.5 packs) is insanely good.
I keep track of my pity timers manually, and so far they are holding up (legendary within 40 packs, and 1 within the first 10 packs of any expansion/pack type, which the exception of golden packs).
The same for me. I track my pack opening via spreadsheet so I know my perception is not tainted by my biases. And so far same results for me. I too have bought the mega bundle, and the pity time held for both legendaries and epics (1 in 40, and 1 in 10 respectively). I did, however, come close to the timer several times.
I know this isn't very reasonable, but I usually craft what I want on day 1 if I don't get it from packs. Trying out new stuff is one of the most fun aspect of the game for me and I'm willing to bear the consequences of this behaviour. Of course that means having to dust duplicates on day 1, too, but I do it manually and save up rares and epics that might get nerfed.
A bit off topic but I really hope they add more QOL improvements for dust management.
For example:
Ability to "lock" cards from getting dusted by the mass disenchant button
Ability specify which specific rarities to disenchant (like what you manually did above)
Ability to specify the minimum number of cards (for example now it's 2) that is safe from getting mass disenchanted.
At the very least they are giving tools to shaman to make that class viable again. I think that class has the most tools to make a f*ck rez priest deck.
- As a paying player, the Rewards Track felt fucking awful to pay for. That's $150 US dollars for one expansion, the Mega-Bundle, the standard pre-order bundle, and the rewards track is what I've paid for this cycle. I cannot fathom why the Rewards Tack wasn't included in the Mega-Bundle, I cannot understand why I can't trade my 30+ Arena Tickets in for the Track. So all that means for me is that I'm not buying both bundles anymore. Wild has become my Format of choice and it's incredibly cheaper in the long run.
Same thought. The mega bundle seems to have lost value. I kinda regret buying it.
The stat line and effect leans on defense which contradicts usually Hunter game plan. That may find a place in a slower meta, maybe if mid-range deathrattle hunter becomes a thing.
He also likes to cut off John McIntyre when he was trying to explain, to make his "plays". He seems to be more concerned about winning the show match than actually featuring the cards.
If Blizz wants a player with a huge following to showcase a set, why not get Thijs? He is Mr. positive and a HS OG. Kripp really sucks in these things.

Sorry if I have missed something, but doesn't the track last the entire expansion? So it isn't it only 3 skins per year (1 per expo)?
Ahh I didn't notice. I'll keep an eye out for it in the next expansion.

I find it odd you can't complete the brawl quest against a friend, while the others you can.
Why do they schedule these events on weekdays? RIP timezone.

Is there Prize Vendor core in this deck? Have others tried to sub another?
I really hate drawing for my opponent lol.

I think it would be nicer to have this tracker at the start of the reveal season rather than on the tail end :)
That said, good job OoC team in this :D
I agree as a priest hater.

Bragging rights
Good card but seems wasted on hunter.

No XP for Arena and Heroic Duels?
As far as I understand, Achievement Points are just for bragging rights and a sense of accomplishment.
Something like the Achievements in Steam or Trophies in Playstation games.
Yeah, I agree.

Surprisingly, I agree.
So far the progression systems feels good and fresh.
The level 50 skins look good. I wonder if we get the same pool of skins next expac or we get a new set.
