Dangerous card. Soul Frag DHs can already deal 10+ damage with Soulshard Lapidary + Twin Slice + weapon, so going face with an Aldrachi Warblades with Il'gynoth has serious OTK potential. As if DH needed to be given double damage with the crazy amount of damage they're already dealing...
A 6/6 by itself is worth 5.5 worth of mana, adding a 3/3 weapon on top of it is very good. Another good thing is the payoff is unconditional, you don't need support to make it work.
Interesting combo with Wrathscale Naga. Needs some order lul, I think. Cast this, suicide 1 minion, then drop Wrathscale Naga, assuming you can suicide all 12 tokens, that is worth 36 damage across all enemies. Of course this means token DH needs to be a thing.
doubt it would work that way, you will need an empty board.
cause they need to die for this to work.. this card is a weird mechanic cause there should be an invisible counter for it, have the tokens be connected.
according to the wording it should count 7 deaths from summons of this card but spaggetti code.
Yeah, I get that. That was why I mentioned to cast the spell, suicide 1 minion (one of the rush tokens), then drop Wrathscale Naga. In this way, assuming tokens can be killed on board, this will trigger the effect since all 7 will die.
When they say "all" does this mean you need an empty board to maximize the effect? So if you have a minion on board, this loses a ton of value.

Interesting card but I don't see it fitting in any existing archetype.
It has a nice effect, deal X amount of damage to face that ignores taunt. However, to get value the minion you pull needs to have a lot of damage (like Darkmoon Tonk) and/or have deathrattle. The current hunters don't have that.
If a slower midrange-y mech hunter rises from this expansion, this is will find a home.
If anything, they might use the earnings of the latest three Masters Tours for the first Season's promotion.
This makes sense.
I also think they should reset your point total once you get promoted. For example, Warma used the same earnings (mostly from Jönköping) to get promoted twice in the same year. Seems unfair to DeadDraw.
This card has potential to test the skills of deckbuilders out there, it is a very specific mechanic that can be toyed around with. Im very interested to see what can ppl come up with.
Agree here.
My initial impression it looks weak, but very curious how people will make something broken out of this lol.
Same thoughts.
An opponent pre-equipping Aldrachi Warblades seems scary lol.
Card looks solid, defensive card that acts as token generator.
Will be a staple I think if token DH becomes a thing.
Pretty good card card.

Seems too slow for hunter, unless a slower midrange-y mech hunter archetype emerges from this expansion.
It does work well with the card it was revealed with.
Theme wise though, its health seems too low for a "tank" lol.
I've missed the Wonchi Animations! Loved these before.
Has this been confirmed?
My previous impression is the card pool from the packs are determined and locked at the time of acquisition.
Pretty solid combo.
The only disadvantage is comes pretty late so your opponent has more time to counter.
For it feels like Eye Beam for tokens, better for wider boards.
Pretty niche use, will depend on the meta.

Earnings reset each year right? (not carry over?)
For example, Alutemu would lose his 48700 points next year?
Got it. Thanks.
Dunno why I had the impression it was going to be different lol.
Decent card in a vacuum, 4 damage removal when in a pinch. 8/8 with rush for 5 mana is good value.
It seeing play will depend on future support cards for the corrupted mechanic along the lines of [Hearthstone Card (Y'Shaarj, The Defiler) Not Found].
Meme references and flavor aside, this looks like a filler card.
10 mana to kill 3 minions is usually not worth it.
I think this will only see play as a (mostly) bad outcome evolve or a hail mary evolve.
Has there been any news on the rewards structure of Heroic duels?
First thing came to mind is a 7 mana mind control, give your opponent one of your minions.
Very niche effect, I think will only appear in specialized decks.
Agree here.

Hope this card get's banned in competitive play.
It's a fun card, but losing to this in a tournament should not be allowed to happen.
