Yeah, it's dumb. They should let you play as many spells as you want, and, if there's isn't enough physical space on the screen, have the stack scroll to the right, while showing only half the icon of the most recent spell that's visible, so you know there's more than 8 spells there.
Got quite a few ideas for this comp, the last of which I'll also use for the regular competition. Linkblade pointed out that the first version of Arcane Evolution would leave you without Spell Damage minions, so I made another one.

CursedParrot: The idea is good, but sadly Priest/Rogue isn't a Scholomance combo. Either use a custom expansion set, or limit it to one of the classes.
R: Card looks interesting, but if you change it's flavour, I might wait for that version to come out.
BloodMefist: This is really crazy in Demon Warlock. Any sort of board clear can be negated with it. I'm not sure Iike it.
AnAngryBadger: I'd say it counts, and the effect is pretty interesting. The problem is going to be stitching together 2 Zombeasts, lol. I assume this adds the card to your hand?
DavnanKillder: Treant'r Treat (I think there's a typo in there) is pretty interesting, not sure about the balance. I'd make it cost 3 and restore 5 Heatlh. I don't like Impersonator.
Wailor: Horrifying Scream is too strong, especially with [Hearthstone Card (Radiant Elemntal) Not Found] (which I think was still standard when Witchwood launched). Chromie is probaly my favourite, but I see no reason for her to be a 5 mana 5/5. It's Alive! has the same problems as AnAgryBadger's card, except yours has the potential to summon a really powerful beast.
Mechs are really weak right now in BG, so I decided to give 'em a boost. I'm also thinking of using the regular version in the Halloween competition.

Hordaki: Garrison Commander. I could see Blizz printing your version, but it's probably more likely they just bring the Commander to BGs.
CursedParrot: 'Round' is pretty much exclusive to BGs, the word you're looking for is 'turn'. Look at Cobalt Scalebane. The card is fine in constructed, but I can see it being really broken in BGs. Maybe make it Tier 5.
Wailor: Radiant First Mate looks cool, but the idea of Piratedin makes me shake in me boots. Shirvallah's Disciple is better, but I'd make it cost 5 for the regular version. Funny enough, the latter would also copy Magnetics.

Demonxz95: I like it. Really nice support for pretty much every comp except Menagerie in BGs, and card is fine in Constructed.
This would've been so much better if it restored equal to the spell's cost (maybe change the character to someone other than Chromie). It's also a bit expensive.
Why'd they move the spore to 5? Maiev seems harsh. The Tempest removal seems ok, it wasn't doing much except dilute the minion pool. Everything else looks good.
Ok, Demon pointed out a problem with my card, mainly that it would trigger off itself. So here's another idea:
A recursive Spellburst and potentially infinite buffer. If a Murloc already has the Spellburst effect, it won't get it again, but will get the +1/+1 buff.

Wailor A shame people didn't like your original idea, I still prefer it over the other two. My next pick would be the Slacker.
KANSAS I preffer the Lorekeeper's effect, it's more interesting. Keep it a Legendary, we don't need a neutral Dead Man's Hand.
DavnanKillder The Researcher should cost 3. Alanna could be non-legendary, and have the effect play them from your deck. (basically [Hearthstone Card (Mysterious Challanger) Not Found]). The stats are fine in this case.
Ekkeh Interesting effect, I think it's balanced compared to Sylvy.

I wanted to make a Spell with Spellburst, but, since most spells don't stick around on the board, my only options were Quests or Secrets. Quests I feel would be to clunky with Spellburst, so Secret it is. Flavour-wise, I was thinking of a student that brings a knife to class or something, but I didn't find art yet.

anchorm4n: Card looks good… At first glance. The problem is with actual AoEs, like Grievous Bite, who would hit 5 minions, dealing 3 to the 3 ones in the middle and 1 to the side ones. And, depending on how Spellburst interacts with Secrets, Explosive Trap would deal 6.
BloodMefist: I personally like the effect the the second one better, if not so much the stats. I wouldn't make it survivable to Hellfire. Wonder how this would interact with Defile.
grumpymonk: I like the second effect of Attentive Student a lot, and I don't see it being very broken, since most Mage spells are targeted. I don't like Freezemaister because I hate freeze.
Arkasaur: Been a while since we had Unlock cards. Don't remember how good those were, but I like the version you've made here. The Pally card is also interesting, but I doubt many would enjoy Secret Pally back.
shaveyou: Neat effect, cost might be a liitle low. I think this vould be 5 mana. Then again, Warrior has Troublemaker, so what do I know?
