I think it's strong on some certain decks, it can improve aggro with more explosive tramps or can be used on defensive style with ice tramp.

But I think that one point of attack will make it very strong

The best scenario is when you can copy outcast cards, but it requires a lot of setup and maybe is too slow right now

It's very strong on pure paladin, you can even get another copy with [card]Lightforged Crusader[/card], it's kinda slow, but with librams you can stand against aggro.

Lorewise, I like the way that the 'light chosen' have some strong buffs …
