Not clever enough! It offered me the $30 bundle of 35 DMF packs and 2 DMF legendaries. And I already have them all! No missing copies unless you count not having two legendaries in normal because I have them in golden.
They should’ve offered me the wild bundle. I probably would’ve taken that deal honestly!
Make hysteria not castable on immune minions, because it states 'untill it dies' and the minion cannot die. This also prevents some possible future immunity abuse.
This is a FANTASTIC suggestion. I hope they either do this, or they could change Deathspeaker to give minions the Moonfang effect for a turn instead of Immunity
Bro, I get it! As a fellow Wild player you feel neglected and hurt when this type of shit is allowed to exist. But really... That shit from Flux should not offend you. You're on edge and upset over Blizz seemingly ignoring a format you love and it just triggered you, I'm sure. I am also upset with this situation, especially when you think back to Shadowboxer and the alteration it got prior to Zilliax coming out. Boxer was a Wild only card, but they foresaw a problem and corrected it prior to launch of Boomsday. And that wasn't even a 30+ combo potential unless you first played Amara, Warden of Hope and then lost 30 or more hp!
It was a standard issue, but they also had a similar pre-launch alteration to Reckless Experimenter when SN1P-SN4P was being added to the game. So why not make pre-release changes to prevent this from happening? Maybe they didn't catch it because Tiller is often a more or less forgotten card. Or maybe they didn't think it would become so popular so fast. Or maybe they just didn't care to make the adjustment! Regardless, for Wild players it sucks!
But again, as Flux said that was just a tongue-in-cheek bit of humor. I feel like I expect that from this site, and frankly love it because it fits my sarcastic sense of humor too, And this community is far less toxic than many of the others you will find out there for Hearthstone. Example: That one site that were... pawn brokers? I can't remember what it's called or what they did now.
So maybe you'll reconsider, maybe you won't. But I truly feel if you stop being a part of this community it's you who is missing out, not OoC. Just saying!
If you are looking for it while making a deck, you can't. You have to pick it in the collection manager and set it to your favorite, and then it is used for all instances of The Coin you have.
I was a little disappointed that it can't be set for each deck, but maybe that'll change when more options are available.
SI:7 Anduin leak confirmed in collection manager. If you scroll past the hero skins you have you can see all others in the game that you don't have. He's in there now.
Weird! Because that is also a Rare in the promo materials on their site...
It doesn't bother me much because I got them all anyway through hoarded packs, but for those who may not have had as much saved up and also may not be getting the bundle, hope this doesn't affect them too much with the changed rarity distribution.
Hearthstone website even shows Hysteria as a Rare, but in game it seems to be an Epic. Wonder if that was a mistake in coding and it's supposed to be Rare, or maybe they meant for it to be Epic? Could also be a last minute change.
In Cyclone Mage you could look at it as giving you an Elemental Evocation. In that scenario they would essentially do the same thing. In Wild you could also hold two of these in your hand, essentially use them to make Sorcerer's Apprentice free (play Apprentice > Biscuit), and then drop Archmage Antonidas into double Molten Reflection. I know there are a billion ways to get this combo off in Wild, but this is just another way without using Emperor Thaurissan.
Compared to the Warlock hero power Life Tap this is one more mana, one more self damage, draw 2 additional cards!
Nope, it’s just one additional card since you have to spend a card doing so. And for a card to be stronger than a hero power is not exactly a good reference.
Saying it's only one additional card because you have to spend one to draw three is Mountain Giant math I suppose, but in actual card draw math it's three, two more than the hero power.
And I don't think it's wrong to compare Life Tap and this card as they basically do the exact same thing but on different levels. Of course the card is stronger, otherwise why print it? But making this comparison is the same as comparing Lost in the Jungle to the Paladin hero power, and even to the upgraded hero power. Or comparing Kobold Librarian to Life Tap as the minion is the hero power for 1 mana and with a body. This is an actual comparison I saw many times when Librarian was revealed. So yeah, when a card comes out that does something the class's hero power does, but better or more efficiently it's a valid comparison to set a baseline. Especially when talking about Life Tap, which most people would agree is the most powerful of the original nine base hero powers.
To further that comparison, you ARE drawing three cards, paying three mana and three health. While you have to first include the card and then draw it to play it, you essentially use it to replace three Life Taps, and in doing so save an accumulative 3 mana and 3 health. This comparison shows the card's playability.
Now compare it to Hand of Gul'dan. Both area a card that draw three cards! Both cost 6 resources, but Hand is all mana, while Backfire is 3 mana and 3 health. Hand is used a lot right now in discard decks, because the discard can be targeted to discard Hand and draw 3. Because paying 6 mana for three cards is way too much. Backfire brings that same level of card draw to Warlock decks without discard mechanics. Which is why I mentioned Malygos Lock in my initial post, because in combo decks like that I want great card draw options without having to risk discarding essential pieces.
Mac and cheese is not good?!?! Dean just lost all credibility with me!
Darkk Mane is to BLAME?!?!
No no no! Darkk Mane opened our eyes to the Ancient One’s true name. And he revealed the one true god of Hearthstone, Gruul!
TRUTH!!!
As long as the offer in game is different from the web store offer you can get both.
Same here! Wanted the Wild Bundle honestly!

Feel like an opportunity was missed by not calling the Warlock Deck “Optimal Primes”...
Golly Bob Howdy! I love me some Tree Druid!
Pro tip: If you use Dame Hazelbark for your portrait while playing a Tree deck, your win rate will increase 0%!
My speculated reason why Blizzard allowed this combo to happen...
Wretched Tiller starts seeing a ton of play, greeting us with his "Golly Bob Howdy!"
Blizz devs be like:
Tiller's response: "I am undead!"
This is a FANTASTIC suggestion. I hope they either do this, or they could change Deathspeaker to give minions the Moonfang effect for a turn instead of Immunity

Waiting for the Wretched Tiller “bug” to be resolved in Wild...

Turns out Hysteria is an Epic... Anyone else find some rarities in opening cards that didn't match the reveals?

Baku's new buddy.
