I wonder if this could be a new win condition for Quest Hunter seeing how Leeroy and Flark rotate so their reach is pretty much gone.
If you can't beat em with Reach, beat em with value. With Nine Lives you can shuffle multiple ones into your deck and can also combo them with Ramkahen Roar for a 10-mana triple 6/4 with rush for multiple turns in a row.
Basically do the old Scion build from Galakrond Warrior but for Hunter
I felt the same in many ways and that's why I stopped playing (although I won't rule out the possibility of returning with a new set)
It's kind of ironic how a game that was built on the idea of constant back and forth and interactive gameplay is plagued by decks that circumvent that exact principle.
really didn't even consider Nine Lives, but that's actually nuts.
The only problem I see is that 8-mana might be a bit slow to be used repeatedly. From a tempo perspective it's barely stronger than Scion of Ruin which is half the cost
For years Rogue has relied on Leeroy as their main finisher. Now Leeroy is gone and technically speaking Rogue just doesn't have a reliable way to close out games....except for this.
Obviously this is a very annoying card that can only be dealt with through very sepcific means (all of which, however, can be offered through Zephrys, so take that as you may) but it's also very weak defensively because you don't want to use it to trade into anything (the less health it has the easier it is to remove)
you're right, Yogg was actually WORSE because he was completely random.
This has only one bad spell (Conjurer'S Calling) While the rest is pretty much always a positive. You can play this while ahead and still get value out of it.
the box is casted that way to prevent loops (since every Box cast by Box would have a chance to cast Box itself)
In this case it's really just another spell and the whole "target enemies only" won't apply to the box anyways so I don#t see a problem
The only reason I could come up with that would exclude Box is that the standard spell pool is so small that casting Box would happen too often and kind of ruin the card because of it (going from reasonable RNG to complete randomness)
When The Amazing Reno was first revealed I misread and thought he would only cast Mage spells so I checked all the Magespells in standard and it turns out there's a lot of good stuff there.
the fact that this will actually not snipe your own face or minions (if possible) is HUGE and then you also have to factor in that you get +1 spelldamage on everything.
The only downside to this is that if your opponent has an empty board and you play this he could accidentally kill himself prematurely
I would be mad that they didn't release this with Hir'eek and Omega Agent still around, but even with this they wouldn't be playable, so who really cares.
This at least seems like a better approach to handbuff lock given that Dormant minions probably favour a slower playstyle. If you play this in Handlock with [Hearthstone Card (Dark Council) Not Found] you can actually set this up to get Demons with +4/+4, wooooooo

except down the shitter because of rampant powercreep and aggro abuse
I don't even count Halazzi because 8/9 Loas were beasts anyways
Inconsistent as best. You'd want to buff Prime with Scavenger's Ingenuity but with two more beasts in the deck that becomes difficult

okay I get Scavenger's Ingenuity now.
also, fucking finally another Hunter Beast legendary, it's been forever
would that even work? Permanent Stealth can't be removed as far as I'm aware (at least that's how it worked in Dungeon run)
I'm worried but also kind of excited.

How does it work with double Battlecry?
If the first 3 damage kill a thing does it already move to the next one or does it stay on the dead minion?
North Sea Kraken is a beast
This is a North Sea Kraken
why the hell isn't it a beast
Blizzard please I beg you

Either way, we'll see how it ends up.
why wouldn't it be able to cast Puzzle Box?
and even that one'S debatable since there's a good chance whatever you CC was either small or will get removed by any of the other 4 spells
tell the Yogg, his inconsistency got him nerfed
that's actually pretty damn strong.

yes it will and yes Warlock Galakrond is now infinitely worse seeing how every class is getting a dormant demon
pretty sure they made it intentionally this time. This is supposed to take a lot to remove since it's a legendary.
The reason Miscreant was nerfed is because it wasn't a continous effect and just gave you overwhelming stats for an already good instant effect.
The only way this would be nerfed is if it literally becomes so hard to deal with that playing it on 2 is basically a free win.
