They may have not presented the game mode in the wisest possible way, but you sound like you already know everything about it and you can give a very trustworthy verdict. Which is definitely not the case.
Okay, let's nerf The Demon Seed - how? And by "how" I mean: how to nerf in order to make it less powerful but not completely destroy it. Because, you know, people who play and enjoy Questline Warlock are players too!
Secondly, please calm down. Directing the frustrations Wild is currently towards content creators (and in this case me) is quite the useless move, since we (I) don't have the slightest power to decide wether something will be done or not. We (I) can only speak up based on what we think, but that is all.
Finally, if a large part of the Wild community has been interacting without proper manners in the last few days, that does not mean that you are allowed to do the same.
Here are just a couple reasons that explain why you're wrong:
Team 5 has other things to do other than balancing cards: sure, it's part of their job, but they have other things to do as well!
Patches take quite some time and effort to be made: you don't want to make one just for a single card change, do you?
You actually got to decide what and how to nerf? Is The Demon Seed the right card to nerf? Are there any other cards that are more problematic? If it's The Demon Seed, how do you nerf it?
Wild already has very little balance changes per year: at least let them be as impactful as possible!
Even though I am not a dev and I don't have much data at disposal outside of my personal sample and the starting decks I see online, the feeling is definitely that.
I genuinely feel like the Stormwind patch powercrept some treasures pretty hard (Meek Mastery is a combination of All Together Now and Captured Flag; [Hearthstone Card (Ooops, all spells!) Not Found] is an insanely better Khadgar's Scrying Orb) and brought massive tempo swings (Party Replacement, especially in combination with Meek Mastery), for little to no reason.
On the other hand, I really like Inspiring Presence and Legendary Loot, but they don't make up for the previously mentioned broken treasures.
Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy Duels and I still think that the game mode should allow you to exploit broken stuff. It's just that it kind of happens too frequently now, and it doesn't always feel good.
I tend to agree with you. And let's forget about Captured Flag, an Ultra Rare Tier 2 Passive that got powercrept by Meek Mastery, a regular Tier 1 Passive.
These days, you need some serious proactive tools to beat those a high wins: Rally the Troops does it, as well as Party Replacement, but other than that there's just [Hearthstone Card (Ooops, all spells!) Not Found] degeneracy and nothing more...
Hey, congratulations for your 900 wins with Demon Hunter and good luck for the remaining 100! I too am trying to get Demonic Illidan, but my grind has been put to an halt since Stormwind released, given that I refuse to play any deck that contains Il'gynoth's degeneracy.
For the rest of the classes, I have made quite a from progresses since the last time.
Priest (1464) - as always, I am not focusing on the class, given I already have many wins with it. The additional wins come from Questline games and achievement grinding.
Rogue (1039) - same as Priest; wins come from achievement grinding and Duels.
Hunter (736) - still not interested in the class at all...
Druid (628) - Questline Druid was fun till it lasted.
Warlock (591) - grind that Blightborn Tamsin achievement isn't gonna grind it by itself...
Demon Hunter (680) - as I already mentioned, Deathrattle DH has become quite stale to me without new spicy support, and Fel DH still isn't a powerful deck.
Mage (552) - get the golden hero before Stormwind with No Minion Mage and kept abusing Incanter's Flow when Sorcerer's Gambit was released.
Shaman (638) - Questline Shaman is good. Also lots of Duels.
Paladin (438) - the only progress you see is from crappy Duels builds.
Warrior (468) - I crafted Raid the Docks especially for Duels and I am deeply enjoying it!
If you don't have an idea, I already have a list of possible themes for the next challenges. I created it in case no one will hit 12 wins, but you can always take inspiration from it if you feel like!
I can't say I played lots Battlegrounds in the last months (loving constructed since most of the stuff I didn't like rotated in March, and Duels has become my favorite mode), but I am happy to see a major overhaul.
Will definitely be there when the new toys will be released!
Most things are already set: you just need to wait a couple more days ;)
Battle Totem is certainly spicy, but with Duels synergies you can consistently get Lightborn Cariel on board by turn 5.
It's going to be even better once Miracle Priest will be nerfed.
I usually play Rise to the Occasion Paladin with Favored Racer, which is very underappreciated in my opinion.
I am so happy that you appreciate our content ;)
Shaman is pretty doable I'd say, since the class has 3 different viable archetypes in Murloc, Overload and Elemental.
Druid is pretty one sided: other than Quest Druid (wins against Priest but terribly loses against Paladin), there's just Harvest Time! aggro builds.
Paladin is the weak spot of mine: I can't really bring myself to perform well with the class, even if I get some good treasures.
More content will come soon, so stay tuned!
The one that revolves around redirecting self-damage to your opponent with Blightborn Tamsin's effect.
Louder for the people in the back!

First of all, it's a figure of speech.

This would definitely be a downside of making all 10 classes available for every run.
A change that is likely to bring both upsides and downsides.
Let's see if it will really happen, then I'll give my two cents.
Hard to notice you say?
Lol I'm joking.
Well, I suppose Team 5 listened to us and threw a bone at us lol.

Congrats for the result and thanks for the submission!
