This might be good. I doubt there are many spells you would play that you wouldn't mind a third copy of, but you have to pick just one. That applies to every class, but only Rogue gets this toy.
Well, easier to get rid of for good than The Rat King. Still three 4/4s with rush for the price one (and a couple fire spells) should be alright at least. And Warrior is getting enough fire spells that reviving this shouldn't be too hard.
I'm guessing the second soul discovers two minions that you didn't pick from the first soul, and the third just gives you the remaining minion. If that is the case, I hope the discover costs 0, though perhaps being able to pick what you want is worth a little extra. The wording makes me think the souls are added to your hand at the start of the game, but what actually happens? Either way, this could be quite a powerful card.
Maybe this will be good if you have a hand full of good deathrattles, otherwise 10 mana is a lot for what would be at best a full board clear, and often not even that.
There isn't a lot with more than 12 health. Plenty of late-game minions with 8 attack or more though. I don't know if it will be trash, but the windfury gives you the flexibility to steal two minions with less than 6 health, or one minion with more. Hopefully you don't have to use an attack from this to pop a divine shield.
Certainly not bad. Cheaper outcasts means more chance to play them the turn you get them, and therefore get the outcast bonus without having to wait until you can play every card to one side of it. This will be especially nice with the random outcast generation being printed.
Please tell me if this draws Encumbered Pack Mule you get two 4/6s. Other than that, I'm not sure there are many great taunt minions in Standard right now, so I'm not expecting this to be great.
Too bad cards are always added to the right side of your hand, so even if you play one or two of the cards this gives you on the same turn, eventually you'll be forced to end your turn and draw a card next turn, blocking you from activating the outcast effect until you get rid of all cards to one side of it, and who plays outcast cards without the outcast? Though the wording of this doesn't require the outcast to be active, and maybe getting another card will be worth just playing it without the bonus.
Interesting that Warrior is getting cards like this and Asvedon, the Grandshield. Anybody with a deck that focuses on spells is going to need to either kill this quick, or concede. Hell, the mere existence of this might prevent such decks from being prevalent.
I'm going to assume the targeting is random, which means this won't likely be that useful, but since the last spell would be known, it should be feasible to make the battlecry targetable if the last spell was targetable and set what can be targeted based on the rules of the spell. Unfortunately, this is likely to end up damaging one of your own minions or buffing an enemy.
I can't see that any of the outcast cards are that bad, especially with a 2 mana discount. Well, Vengeful Spirit is useless if you don't have deathrattle minions.
Two of these in your deck is pretty much the same thing as putting four Arcane Bolts in your deck, except you also get two weak minions that "draw" one of them. Since that card seems like it will be good, so will this.
Seeing as Arcane Bolt costs 1, and there are a few ways to get them in your hand, this card should make for some fun times. Not for your opponent of course.
I guess turn 4, maybe 3 with coin, would be the earliest one could play this. I doubt you'd have enough minions in your resurrect pool by then, especially since you'd be spending your mana on ramping. Though would summoning a bunch of weak minions on turn 6 be useful?
I think these deal 1 damage to all minions cards have been good in the past. Main thing here, I think, would be the availability of cheap fire spells.

I'm not sure Priest's current shadow spell pool is good enough to make Shadow Priest a thing, but this would be a pretty good turn 1 card if it is.

This looks at least okay. Given all the undead minions this expansion, I doubt there will be any problems triggering the battlecry.

Manathirsted Arcane Bolt seems pretty good, especially with Vexallus, so I'm going to say this will be at least alright.
I'm guessing there will be ways to exploit this. About half the arcane spells don't benefit from being doubled though.
1 mana ping and draw is at least decent, right? Nothing amazing of course.
