Weird card for me. At 5 it feels a little too expensive, at 4 it would be super good. So I guess it's decent? 5 Mana 4/8 over two bodies, gain 8 Armor doesn't sound too bad.
Another card that looks like Thrall copied Jana's homework. It comes with a body which is a plus, even if it's a weak one. Too much RNG again for me, I prefer Mage's bonus effects and guaranteed stats.
Discovery of Magic for shaman. The fact the spells are random makes it a lot worse in my opinion. I don't expect Spell School Shaman to be a thing this expansion, but if it does become one, this will be a key card.
The awful statline means you need to set up a board, have it survive and then trade it into your opponent's stuff after dropping cookie. That's way too many hoops to jump through, super bad card.
Looks interesting but I have a feeling like it won't work just yet. Maybe if / when Shaman gets more spell school support. Does anyone know if it's possible to load her up with more than 2 effects? If not, does she apply the first two spells played or the last two?
Once the Euros are finished, I'll pick up what's left of Jedi: Fallen Order. I suspect I'm about to enter the endgame as I've recently unlocked the rest of the skill tree.
Next in line is Hades which I got during PlayStation summer sale. Heard nothing but praise about that one, very curious to finally try it.
I really like this one for Death Knight. With only 4 Health it will probably get removed immediately, but it's an interesting card anyway. The big question is if you can reliably set up a board of Deathrattle minions and then drop this guy and trade your other stuff away. Disciplinarian Gandling has showed us there's fun to be had with this kind of card, even if it's not super meta relevant.

"wiping both boards anti-synergizes with rhea and only encourages the reno decks that play completely off board - it incentivizes the decks that people complain about with reno (warrior/priest) while removing the card as a viable option from other strategies. mana nerfs are significant and we're going to monitor here. the root of the changes today is about fighting neutral homogenization, especially as people see new cards - we want perils to be about perils, not old neutrals"
It's extremely convenient for me this time, as I'm watching most games of the (football) Euros and don't have much time to engage with the Hearthstone reveals at all. That will gradually get better during the next days, as the tournament nears its end and there are fewer games per day. So yay from me for this specific weekend that has just ended.
In a vaccum, I'd prefer a constant flow of cards to keep the hype up. They should be revealed in bundles of synergising stuff imo, getting standalone reveals makes theorycrafting very hard. So ideally, I'd like to see a somewhat shorter but ongoing reveal season until the expansion launch.
I do appreciate that you guys can enjoy your weekend without somebody having to stay on watch all the time though <3
"Starting with Patch 29.6, most Diamond cards will be able to be disenchanted..."
Huh. I have 23 diamond cards in my collection, only one of them can be disenchanted. It's the Patches I got from the Twist bundle. Contrary to that, the Helya I got from another bundle can not be disenchanted. Too bad we can't dust the ones from reward tracks and such, there are quite a few that I never use.
I haven't played a lot of it yet, but what I've seen of this new season has been super fun (ignoring the hackers and Arfus being OP). Definitely my favorite Twist iteration so far!
I'll also admit that I'm much tempted by the Diamond Patches offer in the shop. As an aggro enjoyer who has dusted all his unused cards, I have no chance at all to get this one the regular way.

Interesting, if unreliable. Evolve Shaman is a fun archetype that really likes this, but I don't see it coming together in Standard this expansion.
Very impressive statline, but will that be enough to make it see play? For now I take this as an L for the elemental discover pool.
Too much RNG for my taste. Mark will surely create an OTK with Sharpshooter after 400 tries.

Yeeeeees now I'm hyped! These are so cool and all of them are even costed rainbow that go straight into my fun deck 😀😀😀

Let's hope Death Knight gets some more decent Deathrattle support on top of the already existing package around Reska, the Pit Boss, Cage Head, Obsidian Revenant, Amateur Puppeteer, Thassarian, Yelling Yodeler, Distressed Kvaldir and Death Growl.
Edit: Nevermind, I'm stupid. Tourist cards don't work that way.

An ironical "Well Played" is my standard emote whenever RNG fucks me over majorly. So much for sportsmanship lol

All puns aside, this could turn out to be a really good card. Drop this on curve, turn 7 Zarimi and three 10-cost minions. Big ouch.

New year's resolutions done!
I want every Wild deck that runs C'Thun and a support package of say... 7 cards to start at 80 Health. Pretty please?

Thank you very much!
I don't want to be a nuisance, but can we please get the new editor for account management as well? That's close to uneditable right now.
