I remember one person asking in the HSreplay discord if a 0-cost spell Draw a Card be good.
I said that it'd be broken and every deck would run it since it'd be effectively playing with a 28 card deck, getting to your gameplan faster than your opponent.
This... is close, though I think the delay is what kills it. I don't think you can double dip by playing two of them at once either.
Everyone is saying it's a Rogue card, but I just don't see it. Sure Rogue or Warlock stand the best chance of activating this in a reasonable time frame, but I feel like they have better options.
The scariest thing compared to Don Han'Cho is that Fordragon's hand buffing is repeatable. Might be a bit much to setup a board with Seedcloud Buckler, but dang when that pops off, your opponent better start praying they have Twisting Nether available.
Decent, though a lot of the Fel spells you want are really cheap already. Which is a good thing if you wanted to play them the same turn, but on the other hand it kind of feels empty.
5 stars just for the fact of never running out of burn. Ironically, might only need to run 1 though, since you'll build the damage slower with two different copies and you're probably left with drawing one card at a time while (near) fatigue anyway.
On the plus side, if you manage to play this once, you're basically guaranteed to be able to play the second copy when you draw it! Then you can make use of all the board buffs like Wicked Whispers...
All said and done though, I think Zoo pales in comparison to Questline Warlock.
With two of the SI:7 cards and two gizmos either have or could gain/give stealth, I think combining this with the Ashes of Outland's stealth package (or specifically Greyheart Sage) is the way to go with this quest.
As for the SI:7 cards themselves, they range from decent to pretty good, though the top end of Informant and Assassin really does require you to go all in on the SI:7 package to shine. Overall, while I don't think that you can or should blitz through these tasks, playing the deck like a Tempo Rogue will still complete them in a reasonable time.
The Spy Gizmos are all fantastic for their low low costs of 1 mana: As I alluded to earlier, Undercover Mole and Noggen-Fog Generator makes me inclined to combine the Questline with Greyheart Sage to keep up the tempo. Turning Scabbs into a 9/7 Stealth is also very nice. Hidden Gyroblade is actually a crazy efficient damage, even though the deathrattle only targets enemy minions. Fizzflash Distractor is straight up better Sap, nuff said. Spy-o-matic is the least impactful of the five gizmos, but even he can still be a bit disruptive to your opponent's gameplan by messing with their top deck.
Overall I think this is a really fantastic quest. Probably not Tier 1, but a very solid Tier 2.
When you want to basically play with a 28 card deck. Not quite but close.
Though this not being Nature actually might help Shaman not lean so much on Primal Dungeoneer for... all their decks, but the Dungeoneer is just way too good.
So sad that this is outclassed by Venomous Scorpid, but on the other hand, you could just run both in the same deck.
As for the Questline decks that want to run this are going to be Mage, Priest, Hunter, maybe Demon Hunter, Shaman, Druid, and Paladin. Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior all much rather focus on the quest itself and most of the spells probably won't advance the quest.
Only need to play 2 SI:7 cards beforehand for this to have slightly above average stats for the cost, and can easily double dip Agent or Skulker with Shadowstep. This is going to be a very good mid-game threat from Questline Rogue.
Might see play here and there in Fel Spell or Aggro Demon Hunters?

Pretty solid support card, especially for Shadow Priest.
Might actually make a case for a Big Spell Mage, play a 5 cost spell, get a second free!
Giggling Inventor this is not, not even Better than Safeguard since only the 0/5s have taunt.
Tradable is what saves this card, otherwise Shaman and Mage would rather play Imprisoned Phoenix.
Really good for Token Druid, I wouldn't underestimate having a cheap board attack boost.

A lot of work for maybe 18 direct damage to the face. Someone is gonna try to make this work, but I'm not holding my breath.
Twin Slice, Ray of Frost, whatever spell you want to compare this too, this sits nicely next to them.

Alright, let's sus this out before we vote:

Good that you can bank the Spell damage for your Combustions and Fire Sales.
Well Spell School focused Preparation was probably gonna happen sometime. Somehow though I think this falls by the wayside.
