I am SOOOOOOO glad that Librams won't be in Standard for this. Granted it is a priority removal, since it just double up your buffs. But still, the idea of dropping a reduced cost buff on it and then it hitting something else is not the best thing to see on the other side of the board,
Maybe I'm missing something, but does this first verify that your deck only has Dragon minions, and then replace the whole thing? That sounds just awful. Thankfully for those that want to play this card the Bad Luck Albatross will be rotating soon to keep them from getting stuck with a dead card activation in hand. I think it will find meme status, and at the least be fun to dink around with, but I don't see it being competitive.
Albatross went to Wild almost a year ago dude. Of course, if Kazakusan takes off in wild, Albatross might be very useful
Arena maybe? This current meta has people blowing their mana each turn. Even the control decks are doing that a lot. Not often is there a time when you aren't using your mana each turn. I'm not seeing this be viable without a shift in the meta .
3 mana for a 1/5 phat butt that draws you cards as long as it isn't outright killed? I'm game. Paladin for sure has the ability to really abuse this, but anything that can heal is going to get a blast out of this. I"m just glad that Frenzy cannot be retriggered after it's been healed fully.

10 mana to punch a minion in the face and potentially leave a board of 2/1s along with this fatty at 8/8... I want to so badly say that this will be amazing. The only thing is that a City Tax or even Shadow Word: Devour could make that 8/8 Immune look substantially less scary. In fact, most classes have a way of making it less scary. The idea that you have to dedicate your T10 minimum to casting this and only this makes it less impressive. The more and more I write I see issues with it. Just feels like flavor honestly.
This is pretty situational. If you're playing a big deck (warrior and priest have had a few coming through the ranks), then this is just awful. But against Pirate Warrior or Beast Druid before too many buffs get there, this could be decent. But for 6 mana... there are other cards that could be better utilized all around
I really like this for the current meta. There are a fleet of minions that are played with a low health and being able to clean sweep a lot of them with cards like this is going to be amazing.
The bonus to spell damage is honestly feeling like icing on the cake. This is a pretty solid buff in a class that historically hasn't had a lot of permanent buffs
Could be fun paired with Lorekeeper Polkelt

I"m going to be so glad to see Devolving Missiles go. I love Shaman, I love Mage, I freaking loathe this card from every way around.
HA! I'm obviously observant
To be fair... my post on this was from last year. There could be a better combination no

If this came out in the BRM set then it would have been amazing. NOW... it gets dwarfed by other cards in the 5 slot in all classes I think
with Animated Broomstick cycling in the future, this will be an absolutely must
Shield Slam with legs gets my approval
I think this is hilarious and just like a double edged sword, great and dangerous.
I want so badly for this to be awesome, but I think this is going to be like finding out the Easter Bunny isn't real
This feels just not the best. In a meta with The Demon Seed, the last thing you want to do is let them take damage on their turn

2 for 5 health is ok. Making it Frost and there by searchable, pretty good. Reduce the cost of a spell in your hand on top of it... WTF?!?!?

could be good one you kill off the quest, but by then you should probably already be well on the way to annihilating your opponent
