This is a good anti-aggro tool, but that's just about it I guess. It might not even be that good in that role since it only summons 1 2/2 Grunt, whatever that is.
Saurfang finally found his way to Hearthstone! Really cool.
And I never thought I'd see the resurrect mechanic in Warrior. We haven't seen that many Frenzy cards yet so it's hard to gauge the power level of this card, but I guess it instantly activates those frenzy effects since its deal 1 damage to all other minions. This will be a nice tool for Warriors, but it's totally dependent on the power level of Frenzy cards we'll see since it's probably just going to be an expansion-specific keyword.
Has potential as long as Animated Broomstick and Pen Flinger are in standard to activate its frenzy effect. That said, this might be too slow especially with classes getting multiple AOEs and board control tools.
I initially thought this was bad, but after thinking about it, this could be a setup for a lethal blow to your opponent the next turn. Play Sigil of Silence, then gear up all your attack and weapon damage for next turn as any taunt minion will be silenced. Could be dangerous especially since the meta will probably be crawling with deathrattles and minions with powerful ongoing effects.
Taunt Druid was one of the decks I hated facing the most back then. Thankfully there's no Hadronox-type card this time around, so maybe this new archetype they're pushing won't be as annoying.
That said, Razormane Battleguard is a solid card that will probably only see play in the Taunt Druid archetype.
This will be super annoying with Greybough. Interesting card that's obviously pushing another Taunt Druid archetype, I can't wait to see the rest of the set to see if it will be viable. Druid already has some reliable taunt cards like Teacher's Pet and Dreaming Drake, as well as good neutrals like Strongman and Circus Amalgam.
Yikes, this has the potential to be a problematic card. Thank goodness Coilfang Warlord is an 8-mana card...
I hope the devs print some playable deathrattle minions for this archetype. Right now, there aren't any good deathrattle minions that this can pull out that I'm aware of.
EDIT:
Okay, I checked the good deathrattle minions in standard that this can possibly pull, which are:
I haven't really checked the deathrattle pool, but a fairly-statted body with a tutor effect is nothing to sneeze at. Right now it might not see play, but if DH gets access to some wicked deathrattle cards in the future (whether neutral or class cards) this will be a staple for a new archetype.
Eh. Looks like a late-game bomb whose detonation isn't all that worth it, because employing a watch post strategy seems incredibly weird. I'll be pissed off if I unpack this as one of my legendaries.
Board clears with a body are almost always good, and Xyrella is a good one despite the healing condition. Priests have lots of cheap heals like Renew, Desperate Prayer, and those 1-mana heal-5 cards whose names I forget. Even playing this on turn 6 after healing yourself with the hero power is good enough to stymie some aggro decks.
Having more rewards on the Tavern Pass is great. I'm thinking of purchasing it again because it seems worth it. I just hope it's the same price as the first one.
Those Warrior and Demon Hunter skins are meh, but the Priest ones look hot. I wish there was more background detail in these portraits, similar to the flames of the golden Warrior portrait or fog in the Rexxar one. The Firefang Rexxar looks sick too.
This is a great card, synergizes really well with the new 0-mana Mage spell (Flurry (Rank 1)). That is a massive board clear if the effect can be triggered, and Frost Nova with a body at the very least.
This looks strong. Its effect can hit face, so you can chip away at your opponent's health which is huge for Murloc/aggro decks. Reminds me of Altruis the Outcast.
Not really sure how this can be used, but it's interesting nonetheless. Maybe a fast Warlock deck that draws lots of cards can make full use of it. I'll have to wait and see whether any other Warlock cards can synergize with this to form a new archetype.
A good card for slow Priest decks. I'm not impressed by its power level (waiting for 10 mana just to get a 3-damage board clear?), but it will have its uses.
I'm not sure how this minion works; will it attack the left- and right-most minions simultaneously, or one by one? If it's the latter, this will probably be a bad removal tool unless it gains that outcast effect. Not a very good card, imo.
This looks like a fun card. The deck restriction isn't that restrictive like the no-duplicates one, so this will see play in specific decks. Can't wait to see the keywords you can put in the golems; my guess is you can either give them Rush, Taunt, or Stealth, with various battlecry effects (hopefully no more value generation ones like what we saw in the lackeys).
That is really curious wording, so it probably means the 4-damage can be triggered by simply bouncing this back into your hand. It's like Eviscerate with a body, except a little harder to pull off.
My question is, if you play it for 2 damage, then Shadowstep it and play it on the same turn, you can deal up to 6 damage (or even 8 if you topdecked it)?

Pretty good. Looks like they're pushing Tempo Warrior in the next expansion. This could be a strong tool in that deck.

It's obviously not enough, so for this archetype to work it needs more support/good deathrattle minions.

A lot of possibilities with this card. Furthermore, it's an ongoing effect so it warrants instant removal.
