They make up for it by having more paying customers, not by overcharging existing customers. Also, more sets would mean fewer cards per sets, which would mean lower prices (per set or per bundle). You clearly have absolutely no idea how much they would charge, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to dig in your heels on this weird opinion of yours.
At worst it's another option for people who like the idea. You can continue to gamble on random packs if that is what makes you happy.
Also the only uninteractive deck that got enabled from the latest expansion is owl lock and I highly doubt that this was the intentional use case for Tamsin's Phylactery.
Owl was literally the first card that popped into my mind when I saw Tamsin's Phylactery, so if it wasn't an intentional interaction, everyone on Team 5 is massively unqualified.
That said, I agree that they do not intentionally lie in promotional videos, and I certainly don't recall one where they say anything about uninteractive decks.
The only way I would support four expansions per year is if they gave us the option to buy them as full sets, the way mini-expansions work now. I'd even be fine if the full-set option were cash-only, no gold.
If you have some kind of weapony control deck, you probably don't mind the extra durability. I'm not sure what that deck would look like, but I'm willing to bet there will be at least one new weapon that will be slightly OP with even a small buff like this.
I'm seeing a lot more bottom-of-deck support than I expected! I have mixed feelings!
On one hand, this is an interesting new mechanism for the game. On the other hand, it could make broken combo plays a lot easier to find.
The best-case scenario is if cards that can be added/sent to the bottom are just good cards, not OP combo pieces. I doubt Team 5 had the foresight to make sure that's true.
I don't think it's going to be as difficult to spend 8 mana with no immediate impact as people claim (they always exaggerate that),
Truer words were never spoken. It's one of the dumbest, most thoughtless, knee-jerk card critiques ever, yet it shows up time and time again, every expansion.
Non-aggro, you say? I'm pretty sure Face Hunter will use it and will always pick Ring of Tides to copy Aimed Shot. Mid-to-late-game finishers do not need to be all that mana-efficient.
People are constantly complaining about the power level of Priest board clears, so maybe it's a good thing this doesn't impress you. It does what it is supposed to do, and then some, and as you noted, it will definitely see play.

Works great on your own frozen minions!
Makes it awkward to play a lot of spells you wouldn't want to cast with random targets.
Works great on poisonous minions!
I am honestly shocked that they are being proactive about this.

So you honestly believe they would print this card while adding no new weapons to replace the ones rotating out?
There's a non-Quest Fel DH deck that works just fine. It's not burning up the charts or anything, but it's proof that a spell-heavy DH can be viable.

They forgot to make it summon Piranhas.
This is literally the dumbest thing I've seen in 2022. I hope it remains so.
Samuro with the bomb is one of my favorite tricks!

FUN FACT: In Greek myth, Stheno is a gorgon and a sister of Medusa. (Her other sister is Euryale, pronounced you-RYE-a-lee.)

It will definitely see tons of play because people love to do things that will tilt their opponent.
No, picking a second target is not the same as casting a separate spell. That would be worded as "cast this again."
