I found the original one pretty neat, let’s see how this goes...
To quote the legendary Riosix:
It's a treasure hunt using your Hearthstone card collection. I'll start it off with a riddle, and you try to figure out what card I'm talking about. First one to answer correctly picks a new card and makes the next riddle. Make it as difficult as you want, just not impossible :)

Five with a Fireball sounds quite nice. (Force of Nature - 5 mana, 6 worth of stats)
But paying eight isn't so hard. (The Forest's Aid - similar spell at 8 mana)
All I have left is a bundle of sticks (Twinspell)
And a footnote on a classic card.

I think everyone's got that the first line is 5 mana for 6 damage, so I may as well confirm that.

You got the idea of the first three lines and more or less about the fourth (it has to do with the card’s cost, not necessarily cheap). Major hint: each one of the breakfast components hints at another card. The answer does not have anything to do with food

Not it. The “sandwich” line does not refer to the minion being sandwiched between two minions, and I didn’t say what the rarity was, I just said @KANSAS correctly assumed it refers to the card’s rarity

Is "toast cuz its classy" refers to SI:7 Agent (or to rogue class)? And other components also lead to other cards and you need to understand everything to find the answer?
"Cheese since it rare" - refers to its legendary card?
You got the idea, AND the card Toast is referring to (so yeah, Rogue). Since no one figured out what “Cheese” is, you wouldn’t be able to know its rarity (the class of the card is the same as “Toast”, the rarity of the card is the same as “Cheese” etc.)

So it's a Rogue card that somehow combos with other cards. I'm not really sure about the rarity, but there are not many cards in Rogue that give you Health.
I have three ideas. My first guess is Galakrond, the Nightmare. Rogue card of the highest rarity giving you Armor and cheap cards to combo with.

Okay, let me try to clarify the idea of the riddle a bit.
The idea is that the answer shares an attribute with the card hinted at in each line.
”Toast cuz it’s classy” it shares a class with SI:7 Agent (known for his infamous line, “heh, this guy’s Toast”)
”Cheese since it’s rare” it shares a rarity with (?) (something to do with cheese)
”a Sandwich to stay healthy” it shares Health with (?) (something to do with sandwich)
”Ice Cream's cheap so it’s there” it shares a cost with (?) (something to do with Ice Cream)

Which leaves us with Anub'ar Ambusher, Lilian Voss and Mistwraith. I have no idea what the cheese refers to and all three of them have a different rarity so my guess is Lilian Voss because Legendary cards are orange and so is most cheese lol. Mistwraith would obviously be a rare card, but that wouldn't fit with how the other lines were meant to be solved.

So it's a standard minion with a mechanic attached to it that rarely triggers because it's a meme card with low Health. That rules out Battlecry, Rush, Combo, Discover, Invoke, Outcast, Overload, Poisonous, Taunt because all of those trigger regardless of the minion's Health or can't be "triggered" (like Taunt). Deathrattle has been ruled out, too. It really screams Spellburst but I can't find a card that fits the criteria, all of them have been used for some time. Windfury might work although that doesn't really "proc" either. I'll go with Headmaster Kel'Thuzad for the sake of making a guess. Maybe someone else can build upon my thoughts.
