I think the card is balanced. Annoying as all hell to play against, but balanced. Interestingly, any minion that didn't get to attack before the secret was triggered would actually be unfrozen at the end of turn. Works really well with [Hearthstone Card (Vaporise) Not Found], surprisingly, since you actually want to attack with the biggest minion when checking for this secret. The art you chose is fine
Uhm, was this supposed to also cancel the effect of the spell? Beacuse, as is, you just give your opponent the spell back and deal 2 damage to them. Which is horrible. Otherwise, it's fine. You could call it "Delay Casting".
Generous Bribe is way too strong, make it add just a copy to your hand. Same with Big Game Sniper, not really a way to play around it without loosing your entire turn. The other two look great, especially Spell Duel. That's the one I'd go with.
I really like Another Card to Play (could also be named "Ace in the Hole"). Just make sure you add a period at the end of the sentence, and get rid of that dangling zero (There's a button on Hearthcards right between where you add the card info and the preview that allows you to change the text size).
That is actually a pretty cool card. I dont think iv seen such effect either and now looking at it, it has a great potential and can open up some untapped design space. So good job!
Thanks, just to share my thought process: whenever I design something I always try to come up with a game mechanism that enforces player agency and has tons of potential cases to consider by both the players.
I suppose you could compare the design space itself to the rune system from Elder Scrolls: Legends. I always thought it was a really well designed system and one of the things that the game did really well. Funnily enough, I realized it just now. When designing the card, I wasn't really trying to implement that kind of player interaction, seen in ESL, into Hearthstone (it would not be a bad thing though).
Im not sure if runes would fit into hearthstone, but yes, other card games can definitely give rise to new ideas and stuff that could be done in another game. I feel like the mechanic you introduced could very well end up keyworded and in some custom class that would be build around that, or a new mechanic in a custom expansion, tho i think that would be less interesting since it would just end up without not much of a flavor.
Btw, you should submit the card before its too late! Submissions are closing in 3 hours.
Um I assumed you submit automatically by posting in this thread. How do you do it then.

Interesting interaction with this card in Wild today. My opponent played Loatheb and I drew Eye Beam next turn, which means it should cost 6 mana. However, the spell still cost 1 mana. It seems like the Outcast effect overrides Loatheb's. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but it feels unfair.
It's got its up- and downsides. On the other side of the coin I drew one off of Skull of Gul'dan (outcasted) and it was on the far right side of my hand. I expected it to cost 0 but instead it cost 1 mana, which I didn't have.
Guys, the card says "This costs (1)", not "This costs (2) less".
Ok, so I'm an idiot and didn't realise the infinite value of Replicating Challenger. I'll make a 2/3 that only activates when surviving damage and post it.
I really like the idea, very flavourful and I don't think the effects are that OP. I'd tweak the stats so that it has lower attack, but I don't think it has to be 8/4/8, look at Psych-o-Tron.
Everyone here playing Runterra and the madlad is playing Gwent.
Yeah, but does Yasuo get to damage them? Because if he does and kills the minion, it shouldn't be reshuffled.
How does this work with Yasuo? Doeas he get to deal the damage or does the card get shuffled first?
0 mana 7/7 if you have Nautilus on board.
Stupid quarantine is getting to me, I read that as "Coronavirus Cube".

None of them really do it for me, but if I were to choose, I'd go with True Companionship (the first version). A cheaper, but also weaker, Rat Trap.
If you decide to go with Stray Arrows, I'd change wording a bit, right now it's a bit clunky. It should also only trigger when a minion attacks.

Dismantle is too situational to see play, and there's a reason the original Leeching Poison was nerfed. I personally am not a fan of either, sorry.

First idea:
An activated weapon deals damage when the hero is attacked and doesn't loose Durability in the process.
Will leave feedback later.
Decided to look at the description for the other ones as well. On the Noxus one, "Trifarian Glory-Hunter" is listed. Who's that?

I think it IS him.
Obiously, if you don't have a Mech on board, it stays in your hand.
Next, a Hunter or Druid legendary spell:

Revised my original idea, and added a new one:
doubt it
LevelUp works, the other doesn't.
Edit - Those also work, they're cosmetic, with the first 5 also giving you the card if you don't have it:
OneBillion is not working for me. Still got 24 packs, so can't exactly complain, but I think it's worth mentioning.
"Bandle City
Bligewater
Demacia
Freljord
Ionia
Ixtal
Noxus
Piltover
Shadow Isles
Shurima
Targon
The Void
Zaun
Long ago, the 13 regions lived together in harmony...
Then everything change when the Noxus Empire attacked"

Dammit, Garen, how many times do I have to tell you! Stop thinking with your boner!
